Default [US Drama] True Blood

Okay, since the 'Twilight' fever is still on-going, I shall introduce you all to another vampire drama, which is 'True Blood'.

True Blood is an american tv drama series, created & produced by Alan Ball. It was based on the Sookie Stackhouse book series, which is known as The Southern Vampire Mysteries by Charlaine Harris.

True Blood details the co-existence of vampires and humans in Bon Temps, a fictional small northern Louisiana town. The series centers on Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), a telepathic waitress at a bar, who falls in love with vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer).

Personally, I haven't watch the drama yet, except for the trailer. The vampires in this drama are opened out in the public, which means, they interact with humans. Which, is somehow different from Twilight.

Currently, I am watching Season 1. Apparently, Season 2 is either still in post-production or it is still filming.

P.S. To me, it is M18. Because of the language that they used as well as it is quite explicit. So peeps, who are under 18. Please ask for your parents consent.

hahahha I watched the first couple of episodes and it's nothing related to Twilight. I stop watching because it was just too weird for me, lot of sex and blood >.<
It IS really scary like you'll imagine a real vampire would be.

Of cos it was nothing related to Twilight. It's just another vampirish drama. && Yes, I would say that there is alot of sexual references to the drama. & it grosses me out too. But all I did was to fast forward those parts.

The plots actually quite interesting. &&& indeed, those vampires are scary. More scarier than the ones in Underworld & Twilight. A kind of vampires that we would be afraid of.
