[US Drama] Gossip Girl
Anybody watching this series? The story's about teenage socialites' life in NY, it's still one season though...I just finished watching the first episode just now and I'm totally hooked. The one playing Nate's really hot!!!

i heard about the book series that this show is based on but never read it. i only watched the first episode of this show. it was okay, not my type, but i did like that character Dan, the brother of the girl who was almost raped. except the next time i watch the show, it seems like it was another character who acted Dan.

The show's addicting enough, but it diverges a lot from the series of books. Still, both are worth looking into.
I live in New York, but not in the Upper East Side aka the rich part. I wonder if the show really portrays what they're really like.
