does anyone watch the new k-drama "which star did you come from?"? it started airing on MBC a couple weeks ago...

The drama takes place 3 years after Seung Hui's girlfriend has passed away. Even after three years Seung Hui's cannot seem to forget his girlfriend nor put his life back into order. Determined to forget his old girlfriend, Sueng Hui takes a trip into the the rural areas of Korea. There after declaring that he is going to move on with his life and forget about his girlfriend he goes into town where he sees a girl (Bok Shil) that looks just like his past girlfriend. The resemblence is so startling that he can't help but stare at her and ends up following her. They eventually end up spending a few days together but after parting end up meeting again when Bok Shil comes to Seoul and ends up working with Sueng Hui. It is later revealed that Bok Shil is actually the long lost twin sister of Sueng Hui's dead girlfriend.

i've watched the first four eps so far (currently still waiting for the fifth ep with chinese subs... c'mon guys, need my weekly dose... *wails* ), and although the story isn't that new, it's still worth watching IMO. initially, i didn't think i'd like it, because Jung Ryuwon's role as snooty Yoo Heejin in "My Name is Kim Sam-Soon" is still ingrained in my mind, but fortunately her character's completely different in this one, namely a country bumpkin called Kim Bokshil (even the name sounds funny... hehe)... it's hilarious really, esp. when you see her clothes and the way she moves...

Kim Raewon's character Choi Seunghui differs from his usual sunny boy image. it's mainly because even after three years he's still trying to cope with the death of his fiancee. KRW's doing a good job so far (as always ) , even though his character's appears to be a little too subdued.

Welllllll I started watching this drama... but I kinda put it on hold...
it seemed kinda similar to another drama that I watched.....
in fact I think it's like super similar to um... Summer Scent... though I haven't watched that either... but that's besides the point...?
is it really good? I don't know... Kim Rae Won should work on his english... lol
after filming love story in Harvard... um... ... maybe the english... I don't know should have been better? but english is hard to learn I'll admit that....
and so is korean.... *esp. w/ a teacher who doesn't feel like teaching at all..
but that's besides the point...

Oh! The cancer girl! gah..I don't like her in Kim Sam Soon, but she IS sorta pretty.

Her image in this drama is funny...the braids and all? lol. I like her with the long straight black hair. This reminds me of my girl

I have seen a little part of the beginning of the show. The Won-Won has so much chemistry in the show!! But the storyline is a little too typical isn't it?

The drama is one of my favorite ones. I just love the chemistry between the 2 main characters. I think that ryu won totally improved from her last drama and i can't imagine anyone else portraying Bok Sil. I really love the character Bok Sil ...Ryu Won acted really cute and funny. I've also seen Rae Won in this one movie that i don't remember right now and i think he got better looking. i think Rae Won and Ryu Won made a good looking couple especially in the beginning.

i've just finished watching this drama and i think it's quite nice...
i never liked Kim Rae Won, but he looks good in here...
i've watched Jung Ryuwon in My Name is Kim Sam Soon and she is too thin...but i like her as Bok Sil...she is really cute and energetic...

I kind of enjoyed this drama :) I like the chemistry between the two.. and I just cannot resist KRW's smiles =p anyway I might be biased, but I find the storyline quite good and just as important, a quite satisfying ending too.
I definitely recommend it.. <3

i really liked this drama! i think Ryuwon's acting was pretty good... esp. this one crying scene (where Rae Won was drunk). i think they both did a good job on developing the personalities of their individual characters and also have natural chemistry.

this drama is directed by the same director as full house. i noticed some similarities in the plot too, a lil bit. did anyone else?

yea i noticed the same kinda songs too..where do u think the plot is similar?
and yup this drama is super worth watching..and its funny too! ^^
Ryuwon did a really good job potraying Bok Sil at one time and look very elegant as Hye Su at another time..good job!
