What's your favorite chick flick?

So what's your favorite chick flick? And by chick flick I mean movies that are pitfully sappy, e.g. the girl gets diagnosed with some untreatable sort of alien disease and then gets miracously cured by her one true lover's tears, and then becomes your all time favorite guilty pleasure.
Personally, I enjoyed Pride and Prejudice (2005) so much I watched it a couple times....okay so 8 times...but it was so good, i'll admit it. I don't usually watch romance movies; I'm more inclined to watch ridiculously, grotesque horror movies or those avant-garde art movies. But recently I've been into sappy movies.

CHICK FLICK...these are my ideas of what a chick flick is/are
to name a few...
how to make an american quilt/fried green tomatoes...these are relatively old movies...but they've shown the way old and young generations interact with each other...joy luck club is similar to these movies...

little women, sense and sensibility - victorian/romantic...the gowns...the sense of history...

romy and michelle's high school reunion - lisa kudrow is my new best friend!
Clueless - alicia silverstone's ticket to stardom
never been kissed - drew barrymore is a guilty pleasure...


notting hill - a movie about a "simple girl asking a boy to love her"

The Romantic movies I really like 'Love Actually' and "How to lose a guy in ten days" and the 'Sisterhood of the travelling pants' is not bad

1. a walk to remember (one of my favs ever, everytime i watch this movie i cry. LOL)
2. legally blonde
3. hitch (will smith in a romantic comedy enough said. HAHA.)
4. how to lose a guy in 10 days
5. mean girls (because a chick flick list wouldnt be complete without mean girls)

I don't really like chick flicks. The only one's I've ever watched are Sweet Home Alabama and Mean Girls.

And I liked Mean Girls, which by your definition (cured diseases) isn't really a chick flick. A lot of guys I know seem to like it too (probably because of the hot girls.) It's one of the few movies that pretty much sums up my high school life. xD Not that I ever got bullied to the extant of Cady and her friends.
