it's so confusing. the more i think again it the more i don't get it so does that mean he didn't die and came back to see her (at the beginning of the movie)? cuz the end of the movie is supposed to be the time at the beginning of the movie...but then how does the rest happen...WHAT?

yes, i think so...his prevented death changed his death from the future. O_O the ending was kind of weird, i think. they should've changed it. -__- it's too confusing for us. >.<

hmm well i havent truly seen the movie yet >< so i cant truly tell what has happened in an accurate way but then i think from what i have read from all your comments that in life yea he had died or she tried to prevent it from happening but it prevented things from happening in the future. An alter of life therefore consisting this ending of having it be the beginning. See them both together like it was all tied together..ahah its harder to explain ahahh then i thought..i hope i at least helped a lil bit..if not you can still ask ill be happy to try to answer about the movie.^^

I heard the news of their being an American remake of the Korean movie Il Mare starring Sandra Bullock and keanu Reeves around this time last year. When I heard the news, somehow I thought that Sandra and Keanu as a couple didn't really seem like a good choice.

When I said that to my friends, they said they were in Speed together. But somehow I don't remember their relationship in Speed having much Chemistry either. Seeing as this movie is a romance, I'd like the actors to have a bit more feel at the beginning or even just in the poster so when they become together in the movie you feel more happy!

I watched the ad for the Lakehouse at the cinema and it made the show actually look really interesting and sweet :) The cinematography is really pretty too~

I heard that they had used to same house as in the Korean movie. I'm not sure where I heard this fact from but I'd love some clarification. The house in ad for the Lakehouse house didn't look like the house from Il Mare, though

I didn't realise this was an adaption of another movie, I quite like this hollywood version but I havent seen the other one so can't really compare, when I watched this, it took me awhile to get the hang of them being seperated by 2 years, was a little confusing at first but I eventually got it, lol.
