Gah...i'm shameful to admit, that i used to be the biggest fan of N'sync, and obviously Justin. Now i look back at my stupidity and wonder what was wrong with me, i embarass myself at times..:sweat:

I don't like him anymore, mind you, but i don't know if i'm to the extent of hating him. i don't really like his image anymore, i hate it when he sings high pitched, it gets on my nerves. And as much as i dislike britney(well, who doesn't :oops: ), after he dumped her, i disliked him even more, because i get the feeling that he thinks he's all that now, anyhow...too much talking, i should really cut short my posts from now on, anyways, i think i made it clear that i'm not exactly what you would call a 'fan' of his.

ah, -dream- I was a crazy fan of nsync too before lol I definetely don't like them anymore because they changed and they turned....wierd...but I still respect them...meaning that I don't really "hate" them.
Justin's solo songs are good and I think that he dances really well but his high pitch voice does annoy me a lot. His style shows that he has been a fan of Micheal Jackson since forever. He's okay...I'm not a fan but I don't hate him

i didn't think he was that great as a member of nsync.. but now that he's gone solo, i like him a lot more. his songs are pretty good and he can really sing. i recommend "where is the love" he sings the chorus in it and the lyrics are good

Well, I really don't prefer to listen to Justin at all. His songs are tolerable, his dance moves are kickin, and after his first solo single, his songs have gotten better. I thought he sang fine with N'Sync; I think he sings fine now.

Justin Timberlake is one of those artists that I really don't care about or notice one way or another. I'm indifferent towards him, though I definately think that part of his popularity is all the crazy fangirls.

My english friends are all obsessed! They went to his concert when he was touring UK and they all went after camping for tickets and buying them on online auctions for triple the normal price!

But personally, I dont like him much. His songs are average and hes not as good looking as people make him out to be. And he scares me a lot, when he makes them funny noises and prances about on stage.... :?

That's what I think too. When he was part of N'sync, I liked their singing more than the other boy-bands. But it's not just Justin , it's all those former boy-band members who go solo that irks me. I get the feeling like they think they're the most popular guy in the band and therefore when they leave the band, the fans will follow and continue to buy the solo albums no matter how bad it is? :rasp: *thinks Nick Carter*
..... unless you're Robbie Williams. That guy really made it big.

I never liked Nsync.. I guess they kinda irked me because their popularity equaled or even surpassed the Backstreet Boys (yes, I liked them :rolleyes:). Can't deny they have a few good songs though.. anyway, are Nsync still officially together? I haven't really liked Justin's solo work that much either.. I could never understand why Justin Timberlake was/is so popular either.. okay voice, okay looks, okay songs, nothing special.

New Kids on the Block ey? I've never heard any of their songs.. but I remember when Joey McIntyre came out with that.. Stay The Same song.. I kinda liked it. :happy:

Before he released his solo album, I really didn't like him that much. Now I like him. It's weird that he sings like Michael Jackson though. But I think he is talented. His voice is awesome.

I don't think Justin should be compared to Jay at all because they have totally different styles. Jay is cute, but Justin is hot (I know some of you would disagree, but that's my opinion).

Can someone explain to me how you can compare a no talent artist like Justin Timberlake to the musical genius of Jay?

Justin has borrowed his "new" style from Michael Jackson and threw in a little hip-hop "flare". As a musician, his music is garbage, but the kids seem to like him here in the US. No self respecting person I know listens to Justin. Personally, I wouldn't be caught dead in my truck with Timberlake's music playing.

people are always jealous of what others have. Justin is likeable, not completely talented but he CAN sing well, famous, RICH, and he has loads of females that would kill the family pet just to meet him.
this makes them infuriated~! the jealousy is so great that they feel they need to make Justin and others look bad by "bashing" them. its a common responce. they want what the famous people have. the only thing is they know they cant have it.
either that or they are just misserable ppl who have nothing better to do. :laughing:

i personally dislike quite a few American pop stars, but that is for other issues. for instance: i dont like Christina Aguilera (fashon/atitude/image/music), but i admire her ability to get where she is and her voice is verry good. she worked hard and lived a hard life. yet she is still on top of her game.

dont know of that cleared it up for you, but at least i tried.

after all my observations, people who liked nsync hate the current justin timberlake and people who hate nsync or dun giv a crap about nsync likes the current justin timberlake!

it's a risk he took to put out somethin like Justified to gain new fans
and to do that he would surely have 2 change his style and lose some fans

that is wat happens when tried to out-do himself to survive in the current american which are full of hip hop. today he's been recognized as the most successful white artist in the charts that are dominated by the blacks

if he were to make another album similiar to nsync's old style, he would easily gain a lot of money by hiring those swedish producers to churn out hits like BYEBYEBYE and please fans around the world... but he chose the other way round because this way he wo't be respected as an artist

in this forum most obviously ya'll are jay chou fans and understand the meaning of respecting an artist for being talented and doing things on their own and not being a sell-out

i've read most of your views about supporting jay for being different and not being a sell-out by creating Fantasy number 2

i guess that should be an answer how to look an artist in a nicer way
justin chose to make changes to stay in the american and he succeeded and i'm proud of him and don't get me wrong i admire jay chou too! so please don't ban me if i offended anyone by my personal views...

well, i like the song "i'm lovin' it". i know that there are lots of ppl who don't, but it has a catchy tune, and it's quite a nice song all in all. have to admit that i don't particularily like justin timberlake though.

wang leehom's version of the song didn't sound that bad to me either. i admit that it gets a little boring in the end, cos he keeps repeating the chorus over and over again, but i find it quite refreshing, cos i'm getting a little sick of listening to all those ballads. no offense though. :wink2:

What can I say about Justin? I like a few songs here and there. He can hit those high notes and he can really dance.:wink2: I used to have "Rock Your Body" sizzling on my playlist. I thought it was catchy and very danceable. (as if I could dance :laughing:)

I did watch him on MTV's Punked and I can't help but laugh, especially when he called his mom. :laughing: All those tough attitude, and he suddenly cowered into a Mom-loving boy. :laughing:

For what it's worth, I think he has improve physically when he went solo but the attitude...:dry:

justin timberlake rox! he is so FOINE!!! before, i didn't like him coz i didn't like n'sync. its a good thing he went solo! i started to like him more and notice that not only is he handsome but he is also a good singer/dancer/songwriter. definitely one of the most talented popstars nowadays :D

another thing great about him is that he hasn't let any popularity whatsoever get to his head. he still remains down to earth and all. he doesn't put up a facade like other stars in the industry.

Eee...I lurve Mr. JT! I can't believe I haven't stepped in this thread earlier. Yep, been lovin him since the *N Sync days. I'm more of a *N Sync fan though.

I found him most attractive when he and the guys did that Summer Jam for Disney. His hair was short and orangy-blonde. Like in the "Music of my heart" video! Oohh, those were the days. Anyhoo, it looks alright now too.

I didn't really LOVE his solo album. A lot of the songs don't sound that great. But many people seem to love it so whatever.

SimpleBlackHumor89, I feel the same way you do about liking him less and less. I feel really bad about it but these day's he's acting more and more immature and I'm not liking it. I hate that he doesn't care about his actions. Hopefully, it's just a phase. I don't know what he's thinking these days. Maybe it's Cameron. She seems immature to me too. However, I don't want him with her or Britney.

He is a good dancer but still needs room for improvement, imo. He needs to learn a thing or to from Minwoo! lol.

I don't like his acting so much though. I think Lance is a better actor than him. Because in Model Behavior, he didn't do such a hot job. So, has anyone heard that he is going to act in a new movie called "Edison"? (LOL, the other day my friend said my JRT poster looked like Edison Chen) Anyhoo, it's an independent sorta thing with Morgan Freeman and Kevin Spacey. I'm looking forward to seeing him in that.

I also heard rumors of him being in another movie called Wanna-be. It's about a college basketball player who gets injured and turns gangsta? Don't have much info on that movie yet.

I have to admit, he didn't quite do it for me when he was in N'sync. Man, those curls ! :glug: He's looking a lot better now and he did the right move (career-wise) in associating himself with the more established and respected artistes/song-writers/producers, etc. It's slowly paying off now.

Anyone saw the episode of Punk'd ! where he got tricked ? That was hilarious. The panic on his face was priceless :laughing:

i admit, i used to like him (i thought he was really cute!) I started to like him after i saw him on this Disney Movie "Model Behavior" hehe, but this was back in 8th and 9th grade, and well, for me that was a long time ago. i dont think that the nsync songs were bad but they're just not my type anymore. i havent really listenned to his songs since the group separated other than when the radio plays them. i'm not really into the whole pop thing. i'd rather listen to jay, linkin park, usher, or other rap/r&b/hip hop and rock/alt artists.

the thing with britney bothered me too. :? i just cant stand her! :oops: i used to like her songs when she came out with her first album, but she's changed a lot since then. i think that she tries too hard to stay in the spot light and will do just about anything for attention.

ene, i havent seen that punk'd episode but i did see most of the others. maybe i should see it if it ever comes on again. the one where ashton gets punk'd is funny.

When I first downloaded Sexy Back and heard the song, I thought I downloaded the wrong song lol :D It didn't really sound like him (the voice sounded a bit feminine :whistle:) nor was I expecting something like this either.. but then after hearing it a few times, I find it alright too. 'future sex/love sounds' the album is rilly not up 2 the justified standard!
he should go back to the neptunes 2 produce more addictive beats like 'like i love you'
timbaland doesn't suit JT''s style...

there are only a few good songs in the album
well at least they hav 4 superhits which can b identified the moment u hear them
but tat is not enough 2 make a stellar album
there are more fillers this time around...
i m disappointed..hope his live performances will lift the value of these songs...
bad beats/// no innovation and creatvity as reported by him and timbaland
overhyping the album would do the album no good...

Although SexyBack is kind of growing on me but I still can't get over the fact that I thought it was a girl singing it when I first heard it :tongue:

"This clothing is representative of where we come from," Justin tells our own MARK STEINES. "It's sort of country, but it's also got a little edge and a little chic to it."

The singer who is currently at number one in the UK singles chart with 'SexyBack', insists reading books makes him go dizzy.

He insists that he has trouble reading movie scripts unless all of the text is in the centre of the page - which could wreck his chances of breaking into Hollywood.

"I think I need to get my eyes checked. I don't have a problem reading scripts because all the text is in the middle of the page and you just scan down. But there's something about going left to right, left to right that makes me dizzy," Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

Timberlake is currently voicing King Arthur in animated feature Shrek the Third. He also appeared in crime drama 'Alpha Dog', but his first movie role in cop thriller Edison was a flop and went straight to video.

To tell the truth, I don't really like Justin Timberlake that much. I mean he can dance to some degree but I just don't really enjoy his music that much. He has some good hits but the bad hits outweighs the the good ones. Plus, I lost respect for him ever since he began thinking he is black. That would've been when he was still in N'Sync so that means I never really had much respect for him anyway.

the man can dance and he can sing, pop music that is. either way i respect him for being able to make it big. when ppl accuse him of "pretending to be black or hip" i say even if it is that way, he's selling an image and i would think a lot of ppl would sell out if they had the chance. i like his hits, its catchy and refreshing. his new album is really really dance hip hop, not pop-ish. theres about 5 or 6 good songs. ppl should check it out

well i'm not against him but im not a fan. i just get irraitated by his sometimes girly voice like a semi james blunt i guess. but other then that his alright. Sexyback and My love are catchy tunes! :D

Timberlake Credited With Cash's Star-studded All-black Video.... The idea for Johnny Cash's stylish final video came from an unlikely source - Justin Timberlake.

The pop superstar was recording tracks with longtime Cash producer Rick Rubin while the Def Jam Records founder was struggling to come up with a concept for the late country legend's final single God'S Gonna Cut You Down.

During one late-night recording session, Timberlake came up with the idea that is the stunning new video.

Rubin recalls, "He said, 'This is your single. The video is going to be all these great artists dressed in black.'" The producer then called famous friends like Bono, Johnny Depp, Kanye West, Kate Moss and Brian Wilson to appear briefly in the Tony Kaye-directed promo.

He adds, "I think everyone's really proud to be in it".

I really used to dislike JT in the past, but now his new songs - My love and Sexyback has completely revealed a different R'n'B side of him, which I feel is a much more suitable image than a U.S Pop Artist. :)

I LOVE Justin Timberlake. He's really proven himself as a talented musician and no longer a boy band member. He produces his own songs, writes his own lyrics, and even composes some of his songs. Plus he's got a really funny personality. I love watching him on shows because he makes those interviews interesting by adding humor

Timberlake Gets Controversial Again On Snl.... Justin Timberlake sparked controversy again on Us Tv show Saturday Night Live by performing comedy song C**K In A Box with programme regular Andy Samberg.

The pop star, who was heavily criticised for his part in Janet Jackson's 'wardrobe malfunction' at the 2004 SuperBowl, portrayed a sleazy 1980s R&B singer for the skit, in which he joked about poking his 'junk' through a hole in a Christmas box and presenting it as a gift to his girlfriend.

The skit was one of many to feature the comedy talents of the Cry Me A River singer, who has become a popular guest host on the satirical sketch show.

Timberlake revived characters from past Snl skits, including late Bee Gees star Robin Gibb and a soup-can wearing fast food diner mascot, competing with a Salvation Army Santa Claus for Christmas charity cash.

The pop star also portrayed a slutty wannabe, auditioning for the part of a department store festive elf, and he recreated his days in the Mickey Mouse Club, playing Trey-J in fictional children's TV show Hip-Hop Kids, in which his character ate co-stars to stay alive after getting trapped in a mineshaft.

Timberlake's girlfriend Cameron Diaz joined the singer briefly to introduce one of his two musical performances on the Christmas special.

Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz have ended their relationship, according to media reports in the US.

The singer spent the Christmas season at home in Tennessee surrounded by his close-knit family, while Diaz went skiing with girlfriends in Vail, Colorado.

Sources tell American publication the Star that the couple, who have dated since 2003, decided to go their separate ways in early December.

The source says: "They had been planning to be together in Tennessee with his folks, but he came out alone and she stayed in LA."

On December 23, Timberlake was seen out with friends at Senses nightclub in Memphis, where he reportedly confirmed the split to fellow revelers saying: "Me and Cameron? We're done."

And Timberlake isn't wasting any time finding love again - pals claim the pop superstar met up with ex, Veronica Finn, in his hometown of Millington.

Poor Cameron. I knew they wouldn't last long but they ended up sooner than I thought. And Justin ditched Cameron for Scarlett Johansson eh? No wonder there's an inexplicable friction between them which is evident in JT's latest music video.

I just saw his "What Goes Around Comes Around" MV and it's soooo wierd. And super-long. It's almost 10 minutes.

But other than that, I think JT is cool. H e can sing, he can move and well, I think he's just getting better and better.

I'm still a Justin fan...since the Nsync days. I'm not totally crazy about him anymore--ahhah it used to be his hair and hotness but now I appreciate him more for his music. I just like his voice I think---and that keeps me listening to his songs. I really really like Cry Me A River and What Goes Around and gosh when he dances I am very attracted.

Well back in 1998,I had the biggest crush on Justin Timberlake when they were introduced in their debut music video I Want You Back.He was so fine in that music video,but now his image is kind of trashy & hairy all the damn time.:excited:

The older he gets,the more self-centered & inconsiderate he becomes.Maybe that's why Britney cheated on him because he couldn't make her happy.Justin..Justin..where has your charm,originality,humbleness,& good hygiene gone since you left *N Sync huh???:?
