hm.. well i kinda got the idea from this thread (http://www.jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1033). it made me think..do the ppl in this forum like hyori lee or kwon boa more? cuz they're kinda the two biggest females in korean music industry right now. whch one do you think is better? i personally like BoA more.. cuz she's cuter and i like her music too. however, i'll admit hyori is sexy.

Well... BoA is a little too "pop-ish" for me too. And I like Hyori's looks better. BoA looks like a little girl. Hyori looks more like a real woman.

im not much of a boa fan,.. but i think shes quite a good performer.
i mean think about it.. she's 18? (i think) and she can sing in various languages(even though her chinese isnt that great)
but she's improving.. and she can dance quite well..

Imma vote for Hyolee. I dont like to follow the crowd. Don't get me wrong, I love boa, just I can't bear to see Hyolee losing by so much, even though I know (and told daga so) that BoA would win by 5-1 odds simply cuz not enough people know much, or even know Hyolee. Singing talent wise, I actually do like BoA's voice slightly better, although the songs she sings, dont ALWAYS tickle my fancy, as Hyolee's do more of the time =P

Thinking about korean girls in general, and not focusing on musical artists, I watched at least 7-8 korean movies in the last week, and I really need to find out some of those actress' names. Has anyone seen "ornamental silver knife?" The main girl in that movie is SOOO cute =DDDDDD

According the first post of this thread, the purpose of the poll was to find out who Jay fans like more. Since BoA is more well-known, she is therefore more well liked. So I suppose this poll did serve its purpose.

I like Boa more because everytime I see Hyori, she is doing some slutty dance with another Korean singer. Plus, I know guys that don't speak a word of Korean and watch videos of her in super tight, skimpy clothing. Also, I find Boa to be more versatile because I've heard different stuff of hers in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and English; I find that with each song she attempts to break new ground, capturing a new style.

I like BoA more. Not only are her dancing skills are amazing, but she also sounds really nice when she sings her ballads live. And I also find that BoA has a lot more stage presence. It's hard to explain, but when she's on stage, she's just got that special quality about her.

But I find Hyori prettier. Even though she dresses really slutty, her face is alot more sweeter. But that's just my opinion.
