i visited one forum like this before but it was not as good as this one. actually this forum is the best ever :rasp: :wink2: ...really active and most users are so nice!!!! :bleh: the contains are not limited to share information but this is totally like share information and provide an up to date info about jay...not only from one magazine or newspapers but from any magazines that contain jay's info.. :excited: from all of that, the most important thing is this forum uses english whereby provide more access for those who are unable to speak chinese

i agree. the other forum that i mentioned don't enforce their rules so tightly. the other forum's rules were something like "try not to double post" and this forum says "NO DOUBLE POSTING" and i feel like the strictness does a lot of good to this forum, and it results in a perfectly organized and neat forum.

I must say i post in many forums..
there is vr forum,HWZ and gamersquare..
all are computer and games related forum..

HWZ is like the most active forum of all...that is the main forum i go to now..
now HWZ is also quite famous here in Singapore..the thread there is mention in the Strait times in Singapore too..And one of the biggest..last count there are 177k members there.

Gamersquare also known as GS is the first forum i went too..there is quite a mixture of people in there..good and bad..quite a special one

Vr forum is another one i went too..the people there is quite friendly..and they do like giving out online server free..and huge amount of spaces..there is where i upload my songs and stuff

Hmm besides j-c.net, I'm not involved in any other forum. This is one of the most active, informative and interactive jay forum I've ever seen. Love the layout and the neatness and order of everything! The rules are really enforced well.. Keep up the great job, mods/admins/ anyone who has contributed to the setting up of this forum! I think that this forum is much organized and cool for the reason those forums are always stuck of publicity and danything but meaningful post , sometimes there are also bitter arguments and so on... :wacko:

i used to go to an f4 forum called faithful4ever which was really good but not nearly as large as this one. and then i'm also in another forum called ipodlounge and i joined over the summer when i was planning on getting an ipod. they had some pretty good advice. but now jcnet is the only forum that i really come to. its the most organized, the largest and of course the best!

Plus a lot of them don't know how to search for things that are relevant, so they ask questions that have been answered about 50 times.

Well... i am involved in another two Jay forums... Both Chinese ones... Well... but i am more involved in this forum... haha... this feels better coz it is in English. Although i am trained to speak and write in both English and Chinese, it is definitely easier to type in English then Chinese... Moreover, the people here seemed to be more open-minded, as in we can talk about topics like 'Jay's virginity' which led to deeper thoughts about each persons and even culture's stand on the topic without being banned and have 32 pages of people scolding you for it...

Those forums can get quite hostile sometimes and discussions can become quite a headache with rough language thrown all over the place. That's why I'm so glad to have found this Jay forum.. Like most of the other members here, I am currently involved in other forums as well.

One of which, is the Final Fantasy Extreme forum as a Premiem member under the same user name. Because I'm a huge fan of the series, however, I'm not very active there as I am here.

The other one I've been thinking of joining is the EVBoard, the Evanescence forum, which incidently, runs on the same system as JCNet. I'm a huge huge Evanescene fan as well. And the band's lead singer, Amy Lee, is one of the members hanging around there as well... If only Jay can hang around and post here, but he doesn't know English well. :tongue:

However, in terms of contribution to the forums, I have only contribute to JCNet, the others, I'm just hanging around as any other member. :happy:
