Any hongkong ppl here? or anyone fans here who had watched before A Date with Vampire 1 n 2! A Date with Vampire 3 is currently broadcasting in Hongkong but sad to say, i'm not in hongkong n don't get to watch it but had watch the making of it online at http://www.hkatv.com After watching it i can only say tat i'm looking forward to watching it n currently downloading it to watch it since the vcd is not out yet... I think this is the hottest hongkong serial in Hongkong now, rite?!

OMG! never expected them to have a Part 3! GOSH! i think if this series were to be broadcast here in Singapore, it'll definitely cook up yet another storm and be the most watched series again! can't wait for it to release VCD or DVD set!

Just read the summary of the story and it seem that Part 3's storyline is better than part 1 & 2 COOL!

Oh there is a Part 3? I enjoyed watching Part 2 and thought that Ma Xiao Ling had the prettiest legs ever. And was devastated that Ma Ding Dang didn't have a happy ending.

I wonder if it will ever be shown here.

Part 2 was shown very long time in Singaporeand I remembered at that time, everybody is asking if there is part 3..
Finally, after so many years then got part 3.......
Me also cannot remember the story plot for part 2 liao....haha~ :excited:

omg What?! there's a part3? whoa it been a long time since i saw I & II. like five years i say. ohh, cant wait but too bad im in the u.s.
i wonder what's part 3 about. cuz i didnt really liked part2, kinda disappointed when like everyone +whole world had to die. plus umm..my chinese isnt so good, so what's the summary of it? and are the cast the same? cuz i think i only liked "my date with a vampire" cuz of chapman to, man he was funny.lol :happy:

i've watched part 1 & 2 and i love them both... can't recall too much on both parts, but i remember it was really entertaining and it has a good plot... i was so happy to hear that they are making a part 3... but some critics said that this last part won't be as good as the previous 2 because of complicated characters and plots.

i'm currently watching it now, but only 2 episodes and i like it so far, although i don't like the theme song :oops: ... the special effects are pretty good, except for the part with that girl on the moon... it looked so fake... i'm renting it now, so it takes forever for new episodes to come :dry: ... i hate the waiting.

My brother's actually downloading the 3-quel (haha, dunno what to call it) right now...but I'll always like the 1st one the most...cause if they left it at that, then there would be such a happy ending. :happy:

Hehe that was like the first ever place I saw Chapman To from...he was so funny in MDWAV...he was so cool! Can't believe that was a few years ago...but I don't think he's in the 3rd one. Too bad Kristy Yang's not in it either, because I really liked her :happy:

Oh gosh..I am so surprised that there is a thread for the drama "My Date With A Vampire"!!

I have watched part I and II of the drama, but I really never imagined that there would be a part III ..!! I love this show so much and I remember crying over the sad scenes of the show... :bleh: ...this show has left me with a really good impression!!

i'm almost finished with Part 3...this installation is kind of confusing (like the 2nd one), but it's still entertaining...there's too much happening that makes it difficult to keep up at times, not to mention the characters...i won't want a part 4 also because of how this one turned out ><...this trilogy is my favorite from all ATV productions.
i miss Kristy Yang too.

but yea you gotta be very concentrate when watching...coz if you dont pay attention you might just miss the whole story...

i've finished this drama yesterday...the ending was so-so, with a few surprises...with the way it ended, there might be a part 4...but since this one has the lowest rating, maybe there won't be (unless there's a really good plot)...i wish there was more action than talking...i missed the humor from part 1 & 2.

hmmm... checked out the price of part 3 in TS (the chain store in Singapore) and it is like over SGD$100... well... i am a poor person...so.. does anyone know if Singapore is showing it?

Im quite dissappointed with this show actually. I prefer part 1 and part2 to part 3. Normally the most successful one is the part one, because it has the most original content. While from part 2 onwards, they need to link it to the previous story, so it's not as exciting.


Kellie: The guy's name is 'Yi Tian Zhao'(伊天照), right?

Although Joey looks quite pretty in part3, i prefer her looks in part 1 and 2.

One thing i like about part 3 is that the actors and actresses are prettier and handsomer :happy: .

Singapore just started broadcasting this show. I like it. Of course, the first session is still the best.
But somehow I find myself glued to the tv whenever I watch it.
The special effect is good though. And I think the actress acting as Ma Xiao Ling didn’t seem to age at all where as the male actor.. erm.. seems to grow fat. He looked very good in the first session..

A Date with Vampire 3 is kinda ermm.. revolves more with ghosts than vampires since returning to A.D 2004.(currently is episode 12 in singapore) Only 1 vampire there and he is a good vampire. :wink2: But it's quite funny though especially that Jiantou. Ma Xiao ling is cute :happy:

Chronicle, if I get it correctly Fu heng is being change back to human by the Pan Gu Tribe at the end of part 2:? . So he is now a human being. I agreed with you. It is sort of boring now.

I am so attracted by their costumes and special effects. And sometime they got some provoking thoughts lines.
I managed to finish this series yesterday. I’m watching the vcds. Actually, I sort of like the ending. At least it makes more sense than the part 2.

I think Chang Ee is quite pretty too. Doesn’t anyone think so? And the guys are all more towards the got character type than really handsome or good looking. I like Nick, the Death

It's just my personal opinion about the show since i'm the one who started this thread. i think that this show is really good. though some part of the show is kind of complicated but the show is still good. from the places they chose to film, to the characters and their clothing. i think they indeed put in a lot of effort in filming the show! as for the ending, they are just once again trying to show that ma xiao ling n Kuang tian you not resigning to fate and leaving us a space to imagine the ending.

i just watched it about a month ago on atv north america channel. the plot is pretty good, but there's some part that confused me a lot, which i still didn't get it. for ex. where they said that they finished filming the A date with v3, but the series is still playing and then later it went back into the plot of the series. oh well, i dunno what i'm saying, coz the series's still confusing me rite now. >_<

Hmm got to see the whole episode yesterday,my mom bought the whole series,i would say the first 2 series focuses more in relationship,friends and Vamp(of course:angel: ) on Ma Siu Ling side but this time i think,the whole story is mainly about Shen Mu and Ren Wang,but still i can resist watching Siu Ling leg!:brows: :drool:
hahaha i must salute her in the way she can have a great pose after a devastating fight with the enemy without having her skirt fly up or showing thing where it shoudn't have shown!:thumbsup:
hmm i feel sad for Yuan Ngai Pat Por(the general)wuahaha i fell in love with him in this series,i like his image in the drama,he looks extreme cool to me from the begining of the series to the end(myOPINION ONLY),
