fried egg with soy sauce is da best! = ) i actually told one of my american coworkers that she should try that next time. = )

hmm..whats weird about me?

i used to brush my teeth in the shower too til i got an electric toothbrush(btw, if you can afford one, you should switch to an electric toothbrush, it works much better).

my gf thinks i am a neat freak, always washing my hands, can't stand messy things, etc etc.............haha....

thats all i can share unless you really really know me! = P haha...

here is a breakfast sandwish for you.

fried egg, grilled ham, some ketchup, and put them in 2 slice of toast!

i only like to drink bottled water, i'll eat green beans but i won't eat peas if they're out of the pod, i'll eat carrots raw but not cooked, i like chocolate but i don't like chocolate ice cream..milk shakes..pudding.. etc.

um.. n i have a thing with keeping my books looking as new as possible.. so i hate it when people bend the bind too much.. or fold the pages back.. lol.

i can't think of anything else "weird"!

lol... weird habits... i think i have too many. the most prominent would probably be... i throw all my clothes onto half of my bed and use it as my second closet and i sleep on the other half.... hahaha. it's a full size bed so it's not too bad :oops:

Anyways, I'm not scared of the dark when I'm like going to sleep in my room, but if I want to get a midnight snack or something, I turn on my tv and all the hall lights on my way to the kitchen.

And you know how sometimes when you're sleeping and your feet fall out of the covers, I always have to have my feet under the covers! Especially after I've seen a scary movie. And I can't hang my arms or legs off the side of the bed. And you know what really scares me?! Leaving the closet door open, I dunno why but I can't sleep with the closet door open.

Lol, I can kinda relate to the closet door thing, for some reason if it's open, I won't sleep. Probably cos it's directly in front of my bed and just having this huge dark hole there seems a little creepy hehe.

The whole using-your-bed-as-a-closet must be a girl thing cos I do that and so do a lot of my friends lol.

Don't even get me started on weird food combos, you should see the strange concotions that my friends and I come up with... :D

I dunno why, maybe cuz if it's closed, my imagination runs wild, and I imagine that all sorts of monsters will pop out of it...
When it's open, I can see that there's nothing in there, so I feel safer...

wow that sounds exactly like me. i am somewhat scared of the dark, especially after i saw 'the ring' and also some scary chinese movie. i dont know whats worse- not being able to see whats approaching me or being able to see it coming. :|

but i got a story to tell about leaving doors open while sleeping. a while back my sister was sleeping in my dad's bedroom til she moves out right?
anyway, at the time, she was sleeping on my dad's bed and my dad's bed was directly infront of the closet so the bed and the closet's door makes a stright line right? and for about a week, my sister had nightmares(really bad and scary ones) every freaking night right? then she found out from someone that its bad luck to sleep in a bed where the closet door(or any door) makes a stright line with the door being open. after that, she closes the closest door every night, and she hasnt had a nightmare since.

my bed is in front of the closet. but it's not connected, is that what you mean? that it has to be directly like.. touching? not even an inch away? mm.. because i don't have nightmares.

one thing that i had that was sorta "freaky" was when i was little i wanted this bracelet.. which is just like these little silver balls. and my mom said she could make it for me.. and so she did. and i wore it. and i just wore it day and night. but every night since i started to wear it, i had nightmares.

until i took it off.. and so i never wore it again.

and when i was little i used to see things at night. some were just my imagination.. and some i could never prove was just my imagination. things that i couldn't prove were just my imagination was i used to see like little vampires.. you know those chinese vampires? that have their arms straight out and hops? yeah i used to see a child chinese vampire.. hopping around...

yeah i know what ur talking about, thats freaky!!

a while back i was having really bad dreams about this old house we use to live in when i was little...when i think about it now, it was obvious that house was haunted, but when i was a kid, i didn't realize it. i would see shadows of people move in the middle of the night, but i was never scared then for some reason.

anyways, for the longest time all my dreams would take place in that house, and i was always in some scary situation like running away from a killer. i havent had those dreams in a while now, but it was like months and months where i had them. we've lived in the house we're living in now for almost 6 yrs now and i have NEVER had a dream about it, nor the house we lived in before this one...i think thats weird. I do have dreams where we move back into the old haunted house...its disturbing and i don't know why i'm having those dreams. maybe thats why i'm such a scardy cat now :?

that reminds me of an old superstition among asian people.
When my parents were buying a house, they made sure not to buy one where the street leads right into the driveway. There's a superstition that evil spirits can only move in straight lines..

Actually my parents made sure not to buy a house in a location like that also, but not due to superstition, just cos they thought it'd be more dangerous like if drivers didn't turn/stop or something and crashed straight into the house lol!

I'm not familiar with Chinese vampires, and actually, from the description, I found it more amusing than freaky lol. I don't know, I guess I've just got this image of some vampire/zombie hopping around like ... a bunny or something lol.

But those dream stories are pretty creepy. I'm not supersitious, but maybe it's just cos I've never had anything like that happen to me.

they made so many chezzy chinese horror movies on those chinese zombie! and the only way zombies wont "see" you if you stop breathing..so the movie shows every one putting the index finger right under their nose to hold their breath!

if u lay on ur bed and look at ur feet, and u see a door, that means its a stright line.

What i really would want to see (not that anyone really cares) is his guest appearences in his old manager's show (Jacky Wu). In one of the shows, i remember once they gave Jay a bunch of lyrics, and gave Jay 5 min, to think of a melody, and sing the lyrics while he plays the melody on piano. My friend saw it, and said he did a really good job, thats when he introduced me to listen to Jay Chou. At that time, his JAY ALBUM was still the one where he floats up in the air, and not the one where he holds his headphones with the tilted head.

Anyways, I use my bed as a closet too because my dad coerces me into making the bed everyday. Well, I just put all my clothes UNDER the blanket in the morning when go to school, and when I sleep I just take the clothes out and kick it to the floor. and then next morning, Ijust put it under my blanket again. this way, my dad wont find out and I dont have to hang my clothes in the closet. and I dont hang my clothes because I have no more room in my closet for more clothes... heh :? :| :x

that is so me! :D

i have the legendary clean pile and dirty pile.

my floor is always covred.
but as long as i keep my room door closed no one cares.

as for jays habbits and mine. The shy factor. i am so incredably shy. i wont even complain about some fast food place getting my order wrong.

i am also horribe at face to face conversation with strangers.

shouling, we have something in common again (besides having an affection for the name Collin).

i am too shy to even order food and i always leave it to the person i am there with. i'm fine if they come to the table and ask for orders but if i have to go to them, i just don't know when to speak. like do i just say 'excuse me, i'd like ...' or do i wait for their eye contact - which sometimes may be next to never, if the person is busy preparing food.

haha here is my list:

1. i study while i brush my teeth (very good for having better dental hygiene cuz u end up brushing for longer periods of time)

2. i bring my face wash into my shower and wash my face there

3. i have NEVER EVER brought a BINDER in my whole entire life... i just bring folders to school and empty the papers into the corresponding binders at home once a month (Gets very very messy)

4. I wear my clothes backwards or sometimes inside out at home cuz i;m too lazy to fix it hahaha

*i also hve that clothes chart so that i make sure i dun wear the outfit twice in 2 days in a row.

tink all of us hv wierd habits.. its human nature.. wierd becoz it may seem unusual to someone else but certainly not to the person who is doing it.. remember Kang Kang saying tt Jay sleeps face down n other stuff.. Jacky Wu also saes tt Jay sleeps on the floor in his Alfa recording studio.. tink talented pplke alwaes hv some unusualness in them..

They don't know anybody else who does it except me.
Whenever I do my hw I would always listen to music... cauze I like to listen to music when I am thinking. Makes me think a little bit faster, but my friends says that they can't concentrate with noises around them..
Or I like talking on the phone when I am doing my hw. :happy:
But my mom says its not good for me.. cauze I am not concentrating, but I am chatting. And somtimes I chat non-stop. I'm not bad or anythin.. :angel:
And I like to jump on my bed.. which I am not supposed 2.. but I do it for fun ! :D :D
My parents get mad and says if i break the bed I have to buy myself another one... :oops: but I still do it when there not around.. Its sooo much fun.. :excited:
My friends says I have a lot of habits, but I don't think sooo.....

hmm, try rice with chocolate. it's really good.
I have this one friend who likes to eat her rice with a coat of sugar and cinnamon on top of it. Kinda nasty for me tho...

erm...i tink chocolate mixed with rice can be quite uneasy to eat :glug:
haha..i have quite a weird habit n is tat my rice cannot be plain..i mean is tat i will need my rice to be "wet"..erm..dunno how to expain..example, if got soup , i will put all over the rice before i eat..

egg with ketchup.. try omelette with chilli sauce.. it's pretty nice
banana with rice... erm.. i prefer ripe mango with rice..hehe

i also love ripe magoes with rice but if there is no ripe mangoe.. green mangoe is also good with rice and with soy sauce or fish sauce in it...

my other weird habit is whenever i got to look at a car plate..im used to add all the numbers in it..and try to remember what is the sum.. :laughing:

Seiichi, me too!! i'm a hygiene freak, always washing my hands...plus i ALWAYS step on the toilet seat in public bathrooms too...(i just can't stand my bare bum on the nasty, bacteria infested toilet seat...) n if i could supress it, i would wait till i get home or somewhere else to pee...also i would use a tissue to open the bathroom doors of the public ones... :blush:

my friend likes to eat french toast wit ketchup...is that weird?

well one weird thing i do is i STILL collect those cutie cutie stuffed toys [whether teddy bears, puppy dogs or sea lions] that i'm already too old for. but there's nothing wrong with it, right? i see many teenage chinese girls who buy em too for their boyfriend or those pillows they give to their friends or whatever. so i'm not the only one. :oops:

my weird habit is that i go into my room, close the door, turn on the music high, and i just walk around my room. i dont dance haha. i just walk. and when my mom barges in, i get angry cuz it's kind of embarassing. haha.

and mish...i kno how you feel about tvs haha. whenever i go to my room to listen to music, i turn on the tv and put it on mute. one reason is cuz i'm afraid of mirrors and when my tv's off...it looks like a mirror (i still use mirrors tho...it's a long story that i dont wanna tell). another reason is cuz the girl from "the ring" freaks me out. haha.

and i just realized that one of my habits is that i say "haha" too much. it looks kinda retarded doesnt it?

my weird habits... em... i like sleeping with my room door closed. that makes my room darker and i tend to fall asleep faster...
i cant stand it when my mom forgets to close a cupboard door or my room door... it's annoying and i usually cant help but to drag myself outta bed and close it...
i'm also quite a prefectionist... cant stand it if my spellings not right or my writing's not perfectly angled and neat and readable...
the funny thing is, i'm actually quite messy at times... maybe sometimes when i just cant stand the mess, then only i'll clean it up... :bleh:

i guess I have a lot of wierd habits..I brush my teeth when im in the shower as well, but I dont think thats wierd and i think its much faster.I eat eggs with ketchup and i got to say eggs with ketchup is DELICIOUS! if you guys havent tried that...try it. you'll love it for the rest of your life. If im scared or lonely sometimes I go to sleep with my cd player while listening to jay's songs. I think thats bad for your ears though because some people say you may go death, oh well. I like to listen to music,watch tv, go on the computer, and talk on the phone while im doing homework. My mom gets so mad at me for doing that...haha and I finally knew why.:tongue:. When there's some wierd silence I like to laugh out loud, dont ask me why.. I guess the silence makes me scared that someone's watching me? And I like to stare at things..i think I better stop now or else im going to keep on blabbering some other stupid things. hahaa
theone: I dont think collecting stuff animals is wierd. I still do and I feel much safer when they are all over my bed or room. (haha..I talk to them sometimes and no im not crazy.) =)

That's not weird. A lot of people are on their web blogs daily, updating and scoping out their friends. I am one of those people so I can relate. As for my weird habits, I always listen to Jay Chou in the car, especially when I am REALLY stressed. There's just something about his sexy voice.... so soothing. hehe. Also, before I go to bed every night I have to drink like 4 glasses of water, and pace around. I always expect that when I'm walking around somebody will be lurking in the shadows watching me. I'm not sure why. Also my bed faces the entrance to a bathroom, and so the bathroom door always has to be closed at night, otherwise the mirror reflects against my bed, and it just looks freaky.

Hmmm....I always look at the street directory of Singapore (and bus guides sometimes), even though I know the whole of Singapore very well. And before I go to somewhere, I'd look at the street directory. And when I come back, I look at it again to see where I went. That's why my family members call me Di Tu Wang (Street Directory King)!!! :-) Isn't that weird????

Also, when I am out alone at a place, e.g. Orchard road, I can actually go back straight home in Bishan by bus. But guess what? I take the MRT one big round around the island via Jurong and then Woodlands, Yishun, Ang Mo Kio and back to Bishan. Isn't that weird also?

okay... i was too hesitant about posting my other weird habits... because... i don't know.

aside from my unusual fear of televisions, i'm scared of being alone too. my maid accompanies me to the bathroom. grarr. there are a lot of mirrors in our bathroom, you see... and it's really freaky. like, in whichever direction you face you see yourself!!! ahh... i'm scared of a lot of things so my yaya/maid stays with me. only when i have to take a bath, though. (she's been my caretaker since i was really little and she's like an older sister to me so she's the one who comes with me)

i have a hard time sleeping!!! yes... i'm the first one to wake up and the last one to sleep in our family. i usually stay up until 3am, just lying on my bed and staring at all the posters on my ceiling and walls. i don't have any jay posters yet. (i can't find one anywhere here...im going to have one printed though. ^_^)

when eating food which has sauce like spaghetti, i don't mix it or stir it. i just eat it as is. i talk/sing to myself... like for example, while im at the mall, alone, i usually sing whatever song that comes to my mind. or say stuff like "hm, should i buy this one or the other one? but this one looks much better..." i swear!!! it's embarrassing when people starts looking at me.. but it's been a habit. *sigh*

My weird habit is that after I finish the bathroom-business in the morning, I have to look at myself in the bathroom mirror, then walk to my parents' bedroom to look at myself in the long mirror, then walk back to the bathroom and look in the bathroom mirror. I do it everyday, even when I'm late I still have to do it.

Yeah, there is a dessert in Cambodia....bananas, sticky rice and cocunut milk...it's soooo good. I like egss, rice and soy sauce too...that's mostly my breakfast, when I do eat it.

As far as weird habits???? I think mine would have to be chewing ice cubes. I know it's not good for my teeth, but I am addicted to it. I told my friends at work that I was addicted to ice and they thought I was doing drugs. Because the street name for crystal meth is "ice".....I didn't know that.

I can't believe they thought I was on drugs...I'm such a goody goody.:angel:

Weird habits... I usually avoid looking at the mirror when I'm showering. It's just too weird. And also I spray water around the bath, the shampoos, the curtain areas before showering because I'm afriad of geckos...

Another weird habit of mine is that I can't stand hair. I mean as in leg hair, arm hair etc. I HAVE to have every single one out. And that is hard since they always grow back :-x

hmm i have this weird habit of imitating people's certain action, especially those on Tv, like if they said something for example, "asta lavista baby", i would say that along with that facial action of the actor... lol dont know why... but its like a habit, it doesnt happen always but i do it often enough to be called a habit.

Guess this habit comes about when i tried to imitate the power ranger's morphing pose whenever its shown on tv, used to think they're cool and all that, so whatever they say i would try to imitate. lol dammit i cant shake this habit off now!! arrgHH!! Triceratops!! opps..

for example...

i'm sucha piggy.

I think one of my bad habit that relates to Jay is mumbling. I work as a technical phone representative for Dell and it doesn't fly really well with some customers. I always get the pause after what I say ... shortly followed by a loud, "What?!?!?!?!?!?? Can you repeat THAT?"

I think I'm pretty messy too. I clean up my room and whenever I change, I just leave all my clothes on the floor. *Shrug* My mom gets REALLY mad but I just tell her I have these intervals where I'll clean it up.

mine is...i dont know..when im about to take shower...i usually kinda hang out for a few minutes ,er..sometimes could turn out like 30 minutes or more before i take my first splash of water LOL...i dont know why,maybe because the water is friggin cold!..ou yeah this is one bad habit if mine (still in the bathroom area) i usually smoke before i started to goofing around in bathroom LOL..i dont know when do i start that but its already being a habit of mine until now and i hope not forever...actually i have alot (i mean A LOTS!!!!) of other bad habit but mention it here only make my name worse LOL.....

I mumble a lot! People always make me repeat what I say. Because I'm teh shy type. I'm quiet around people I don't know and sometimes with people I know. But with my friends, I go crazy... -_-

As for me I tend to look at my wrist watch alot (like every 10 mins.....it's like....weird....), without my watch I feel almost naked and I don't feel right (especially in class....i love to look at time!).

it's not a habit .. but i find it weird .. u know the jacob cream crackers.. the plain one??? i like to take that .. and then dipped one side with ketchup/chilli.. yum.. might sound gross to ya'll but it's actually quite tasty..

and another one is putting the cream cracker between two slice of bread and putting the ketchup / chilli on the cream cracker.. close the bread and yumm.. just like a sandwich ..

Something weird i've eaten...is bluebell moo-llenium ice cream (its has nuts of all kinds, some chocolate...stuff like that...), with habenaro sauce, cheese dip, and tortilla chips...so yummy...! its not a habit though =x

a bad habit i have is slouching...smacking my food or gum, and playing with any small object in my grasp, especially during long meetings. I get so restless >.> it drives my mom crazy.
