ummm.. i searched and found nothing, :worry: i was so sure there used to be a destiny's child thread, :? . anyway a female group who gone some changes through of havin comin in and out of members. though they are now consist of kelly, michelle, and beyonce. so anyway they're back, with a new cd coming out on November 16,it been three years since their current cd came out, but now they got a new single out, "Lose My Breath".

So any Destiny's Child fans in here? or heard of that new song, hehe.

oh yeah. i heard that song on HitzRadio - an internet radio. the new single, Lose My Breath is quite radio-friendly i thought. hahas. and after listening to the song, i cant wait for e album.

Well i watched MTV a couple weeks ago when they have an interview with Beyonce and she said that DC are back to the studio recording their new album and she can't wait to join them again.

there album was released this monday, a day before the rest of the cds are released.... how come there cd cover is so plain.. or is that the point, cos i thought they looked kinda "ugh" none of them had make up. i didnt get it cos i thought that there was too little songs, only 3, while eminem had like 16 on his. but there was 3 bonus tracks, a couple remixes and a new song

nah, is not really a slow song, i think they are tryin to make more of a fast dance song, cuz in the music video, it seem like destiny's child are dancin way faster than the beat. and it got some rappin in it, i forgot who, but he's kinda short and dont seem that attractive compared to the other guys in the mv. hehe. :shifty:

oh yea, the dude rapping in the song "soldier" is lil wayne, not that famous, but yea.

desitny child has endorsement with mcdonalds, has anyone seen the commericals, like there's a bunch of kids playn in a school playground, and beyonce kelly and michelle just come up to them, and they have some food with them,and the kids look really happy, and eveyrone's smiling

and in the end, they sing: im lovin it, it's very pretty, they sound very harmonized

Ah good old Destiny's Child. I really like all the singles they release, but having heard their first 3 albums (Destiny's Child, Writing's on the Wall & Survivor), I really think the singles are usually the only impressive songs on their albums! The singles are soooo good, and then the album tracks seem like the most part to be filler tracks.

As for the new album, i like the cover idea, and Lose My Breath is such a great song. That marching band beat kicks ass. However, it appears that the rest of the album tracks are pretty samey and not that interesting from what I heard. I think Soldier is so dodgy (no offence to anyone that likes it! :shy: ), but i think it really should be locked away in the vaults forever, never to harm humanity's ears lol :wink2:

I don't like the MV for Soldier, it's so plain and boring. I like 'Through With Love' because Michelle's vocals is awesome on that one. I'm glad that everyone gets to sing on Destiny Fulfilled, unlike in the previous albums. Plues the focus is less on Beyonce now.

last saturday, i saw destiny's child in concert. and i think it was especially awesome because i live in the same hometown as them [houston] and since they're breaking up, they want to make this tour extra special. and yeah. the concert was AMAZING. each of the girls also did a solo part for their hit songs [i REALLY liked michelle's segment, it was so beautiful]. they brought back their old hits too which was really cool.

i'm definitely sad that they're breaking up =/

They've been an amazing trio,a bunch of stylish and talented independent women. :tongue:
But I heard that they announced in their concert in Barcelona that they've decided
to pursue they own solo careers (again) after the success of Destiny Fulfilled. :worry:
I hope that they're latest album wouldn't be their last. :cry:

its sad to know that destiny fulfilled was their last album EVER as a group. they could go even further than they already are if they continued as a group. or at least i think so. i really do like beyonce in a group more than solo. but oh well..

i think michelle and kelly wont really pursue as well in their solo careers as much as beyonce will. which is really sad cuz i LOVE michelle. like, hardly anyone knew of her record [but then again, it was a christian record] and kelly only had that one hit song. beyonce got all the spot light. and i love beyonce, she's got an amazing voice. but i think kelly and michelle deserves as much recognition cuz they've got awesome voices as well

The three girls have their solo career and being together i think was that best thing they have ever done. Though I have to say that their solo albums are great especially Beyonce one, it is not the same as the three of them together.

Let's hope they will reunite soon for another album! :D

when you mean "dismissed", do you mean break the group up? cuz if you do.. well. they did break up. heh. they announced in june that they'll officially break up the group after their tour. and since they broke up the group, i dont think there'll ever be another album unfortunately =/

i saw them when they were on the oprah show not so long ago (yes i admit im an oprah fan hehehe) the reason why they named their last ever album destiny fulfilled was because they have decided to split up before the release of this album and in a way they have "fulfilled their destiny" since theyve accomplished so much and achieved so much success together. i thot that was a pretty cool way of naming the album and umm.. splitting up? at least they leave at the top of their game without any bitterness among them unlike most of other group splits :bleh:

Destiny's Child are cool definitely. They've got class and style and groove. And they dance up a storm too lol.

Beyonce and her mother Tina Knowles have recently started their own clothing line called House of Dereon. The dresses they have are absolutely gorgeous. They make shoes too.

I hope it'll sell bigger than her previous one. I liked her solo singles
Stole, Can't Nobody and her collaboration with Nelly in Dillema.
If Michelle Williams is planning to record a solo album too,
I wish it wouldn't be a flop like her first one. LOL.
As for Beyonce, I know she'll fare very well on her own, hit after hit.
