[PS2 Game] Kingdom Hearts !

hey any of you guys out there play Kingdom Hearts ? this is one of the best RPG game i ever play and i just love it very much :-) its kidda sad in the end :cry: but overall it rated best .. waiting fot Kingdom Hearts 2 to come out.. hope in release asap ! :excited:

me me me me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See, call me superficial but the only reason why I got interested in games was cause the guys in there were hella hot. Yeah.

Anyways, that's why I pratically forced my brother to get Kingdom hearts when it came out and its such an awesome game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fighting style sorta resembles "Maximo" (forgot the other part to the game title) or Devil May Cry, but its sooo mcuh better though (Sora doesn't fly as high as Dante haha). But he rolls and he has magic and like every final fantasy games, he has abilities that he can learn.

And Utada Hikaru sang the theme song "Simple and Clean" to it. Sora's just hot period. Too bad he's only 14 in the game hahah. Oh and you better like Goofy and Donald because they're with Sora's party for the rest of the game. :)

I can't wait to hear the music to the Sequal though. I wonder if it will be as good haha.

i heard of this game heaps, its old now...but some of my friends played it and sed it was pretty good, the ideas of the game is pretty good too....about the players being hot, there should be a hilary duff game...i would buy that for sure....

well just cause its old so what? The final fantasy series and Mario series are old but heck, they're still in high demand.

I think Hilary duff does have games about her, PC games that is.. Lizzy Mcquire? Im not sure though but I don't want to talk about her in the Kingdom Hearts thread cause it should be dedicated to Sora or how Rikku keeps his hair so spanking silver heheh.

I thought it was going to be childish and easy, but actually it's really a well developed game! The characters are so cute hehe. too bad we dont get to see young Tidus (whats his name again?) during the whole game.. and I agree with msv, Sora is hot. but Riku is hotter!

this game is gonna be so cool. New aeriel combos....drive mechanism, more backstory..and MICKEY FIGHTS WITH YOU!!!!

what i like about it best is
when you see the disney sign...you think it'd be...all disney like

like the meanings of things...and the way they left it all so open

actually i brought that game when there is no RPG game available and now i am a fan of KH

Well, actually i finished this game 6 months after i initially bought it. The idea of Squaresoft collaborating with Disney sounded a little weird and somewhat out of place, but KH didn't really disappoint me when i played it. CGI-wise, with Square, nothing can go wrong - just take a look at the Final Fantasy series and i can guarantee anyone agrees that they're marvellously breathtaking. Well, KH has nice graphics, a good plot, and the combat system is easy (not turn based or even ATB, i'm quite surprised), and i really enjoy visiting every World!

The only downside to it is that i feel the Moogles aren't playing a significant role enough - keeping them upstairs just to Synthesize? At least Square/Disney should let Sora send letters around for the Moogles like FF9 or do a sidequest that involves Moogles. And there's no Chocobos!!! The only "Chocobo" in the whole game is Sora's Key Chain, Metal Chocobo that you get after beating Cloud in the Hercules Cup. :dry:

Maybe it's just me, but it's kinda awkward to see FF characters mingling with Disney's - somehow the seriousness of the FF characters (Squall, Yuffie, Aerith, Cloud, Cid, Wakka, Tidus, and so on) are toned down a little in this game with Disney's castles, dragons and other fairytale stuff.

I still like the game, though; it's sweet and innocent - the song "Simple and Clean" is also catchy and nice. The piano track at the loading page is also very nice.

Hmm...by the way, did anyone here finish off Sephiroth?

yeah i did beat sephiroth...
after you get the timing down right for the elixir after sin harvest
or you can powerglide like you were born with wings

it's a lot easier
can't wait for KH:2!!!!!

I got it...It really good...I love the game so much that i beat it 5 times!! I am waiting for kingdom hearts 2 too come out too..i think it will be cool! I am going to buy it right when it comes out :-)

Kingdom hearts ROCKS!!!
it looks relaly kiddy but its actually really sad how he looses his world and Kairii looses her heaert T.T
However i love the way the game is set out.. especially how you fight.
Ive finished it countless times now lol..
I had a relaly sick Gummi Ship. it was the Suall one. and my Kingdom Key was in the shape of Metal Chocobo which is a really massive Cloud version haha.
Its srs one of my fav games.. apart from FInal Fantasy and CS.
i just wish there were more FF bits in it.

I think the game is great, the story is also very touching and exciting, but one thing I don't like about is the battle controls, I really wish that the controls will be similar the onces in the FF series in which you don't need to move around during the battle because I'm kind of used to the onces in the FF series, but I'm still looking forward to the kingdom hearts 2, I hope it will not let me down...
