I see this campaign is around in this site and also see the Donation Drive (http://jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=6103) thread provided.

So I just come up with the thought of Thai people here to donate to JCN, just talk about this thing like we gonna do it or not and what we have to do.. Because I am the one who think about help this site alive but I don't have any credit card to donate via paypal.. :sweat:

Anyway, keep suggestion here ! as I read this kind of thread in Singapore and Australia.. they won't ban you if you don't want to donate and the amount of money to donate didn't fixed, you can donate how many you want.

i wanna donate also, i tried to talk with catseyes about donation to jcnet, but i have no credits card. beside i tried to buy from yesasia that i used my friends credit card, but there are no Thailand in the country option, so i cant buy anythings from yesasia -.-

what about transfering in the bank?

Yup, I also think about trafering in the bank but we have no bank account provide here and I also think about send them money order, also there is no address to send to. I have talked with Karen and she said about setting up the address in Singapore, then it will be cheaper than send to US address or contact Khim in Malaysia about this. Anyway I just think about the way to make sure that our money won't disappear in sending process.

i don't have my own credit card. (using mom's) what should we do?

1. what about gather money from thai jcneter and give it to the one who has their own credit card to pay through paypal. they must be someone in here have credit card.

2. in a case that there really is no one having it, what about using mine? (take note : it's mom's. statement will be sent to here office) if yes, i need cash in my hand to give to mom before the statement sent to her office to avoid argument.

that's all i can think of.

yeah !! finally we have one with credit card.. but kinda not sure that Puk will fine doing this thing, I think I will call her about this first and then conclude how many people in here willing to donate and let start collect the money :D

Okay I think I have the solution now :

- Puk will open the account by using her visa at Paypal for us
- I gonna collect the money and deal with noting down how many for one person to donate
- then we have to discuss so on about how to send the money to me.. Jang and me come up with the Meeting. But if you guys don't want to the meeting thing, we can transfer money via bank.. let think about it.

What the other think ? any ideas or suggestions are welcome :happy:

I usually free everyday on the weekend but not this weekend 9-10 Oct. During this time I think we should talk about the meeting often in "What's going on in Thailand" and " Calling every Thai " so we can persuade other newbies to the meeing.

I am not sure about Monday 25, sorry.

Okay I have sent our money and already pm Karen about it. Since paypal didn't provide me to send it in Baht Thai so I put the amount in US$ that is 20$.. then it's not exactly cost 1,000 Baht and I also don't know the rate at that moment. And Karen will give our name to supporter for each 4$. Let see what it costs in Baht.

I will call Puk jie and talk about the bill soon :wink2:

edit : I have talked with Puk last night and right ! the bill is arrived :D as I ever told you guy that I submit 20 USD instead of 1,000 Baht (there is no Thai currency provided there)
Puk Jie told me that we have left money from donating about 155 Baht so I drop here to ask you gals, what we will deal with it.
I have 2 suggestions here :
- get it back to everyone 31 baht each << we have to arrange the meeting up :worry:
- do donation to somewhere else like for young children, old person,..

Erm...... I think donation is good if it is not convenience for some to come and collect money cos it is only 31 Baht each. I like to make a donation to animals. I am an animal lover... But I don't mind coming for a second meeting.
