y u think so?
i think tis is jay's style!
dun u agree?
Hi AllenIverson, yes I feel so too! Haha! Has that feeling ever since I first listen to William Castle, just that I've never really minded it much to voice it out. It does feel weird, the dou niu rap at the end doesn't match the whole feeling of William Castle at all. Bats and witches on broomsticks has nothing to do with girlfriends cheering on their boyfriends at basketball court!
i agree that the meaning of the rap does not suit the meaning in the song...but dun u think that it fits nicely into the song if u dun listen to the lyrics??the rhythm suits entirely...
maybe jay felt like rapping and he had enough of witches and vampires and old kings in castles and wanted some positive attitude for the song by having a girl cheer him on? *jay's such a romantic hehehe*
actually, i don't speak chinese so I can't understand Jay so the song is fine for me :wink2: ahhhh, u chinese speaking people have to bear it!!!! mwuahhahahahah :shifty: j/k

It's weird...you know...
Singing about scary stuff..witches...bats....candles.....then suddenly....about his girlfriend cheering him on outside the field.....but like msv said...maybe Jay wanted a positive attitude bout that song?
but it's still bizarre...it's like singing San Nian Er Ban then suddenly singing Yi Fu Zhi Ming inside

That's why the randomness in Jay makes him a trademark of LQP and forever our sex slave mwuahahahahahah :shifty:

Oh...great...now Jay's a SEX SLAVE..
poor Jay...i wonder what his reaction would be if he knew..... :D
That is off topic..now for something ON TOPIC..
Why did Jay decide to sing the 'bullfight' rap in William's Castle?
He did it on purpose??
or he was suppose to sing another rap but forgotten the lyrics(as usual  ) and just randomly sang one rap from his head so it ended up being the 'bullfight' rap?

Um...the rap from william's castle is the same rap from dou niu. i think i read somewhere that the studio producers or something heard the song and decided to add the bit in.
and what's this about jay being a sex slave? for me? how'd that get out?

what's that muwahhaha for? don't you know it only works if you're in LQP? :shifty:
yeah, you guys can have Jay as a sex slave, LQP don't mind, we're nice like that. Just to let you know, he works under my management and that there will be a 50% charge for the first night on starting amount and then an interest of 100% for each passing day the amount for Jay hasn't been paid yet.
EDIT: the ending was really random but really cool, like an offbeat sort of way for Jay to get his fans going, "WTF? hahaha, oh i see! i like!"
the rap part is okay, it fits actually. If something doesn't fit in something, you will notice that from the first time you read, hear or see it...when i first hear William's castle song, i didn't feel that rap part 'weird' :) but i feel a little bit scared because of those spooky voices. When i saw the MV, i got scared because of that 'sweeping man' , and that 'tounge' movement, i don't know exactly why, just scary

i like tha rap, i dont know about tha lyrical content. but it makes tha song sound better, like something a little more different for tha ending. tha rap is my favorite part of tha song. but that background music really is creepy, so i dont listen to it at night :)

i don't see any link the dou niu rap lyrics has with that of wei lian gu bao but lyrics aside, i do think the rap suits the song perfectly!i guess it was a spontaneous thing..he might have decided to start rapping at the end for fun then realised "hey..that's sounds good!" so tada!there u have a dou niu rap at the end of wei lian gu bao...that's our Jay man.. :)

I like it. I thought it was particularly unique to incorporate one song the other. It make syou think, ooh that song is familiar. I love how Jay mixes one melody to the other. THat's how far his creativity goes, limitless. :wink2:

i felt that the rap is really fine. jay has been doing these kind of "stuff" not onlyy for one song now and the addition of raps from other songs had been great so far!!

Not only in William Castle, he also does it in Yi Fu Zhi Ming, Shuang Dao........I think that is perfectly alright and it is nice...

hmm...i quite agree to this.....coz its something about supernatural stuff but then suddenly ended up with dou niu's rap...but anyway...maybe its due to the diaonest of jay... :D

i think the rapping is fine. it really builds the song into an aggressive climax.
the part that DOES weird me out is the last organ chord in the song. i really dont think that was the right chord to end with. to me, it had a really hopeful, almost happy feeling to it, when the song really had a dark more foreboding theme. a lower, more somber sound probably would have been more fitting.
does anybody else think that about the last note in "william castle"? or is it just me?
