Wat different type of Music style would u like Jay to have in his new album?

i hope it will be more acoustic, alternative and light rock..something like nuo fu, shung dao, lung quan or shuang jie ge. keke :bleh:

well i dont want him to change his style too much from what it is now..[coz i remeber readin n interview..n like jay said the new album will give fans a shock coz its so different..]
but im pretty open to anything jay wants to try in the new album..i mean..his taste in music is pretty good..but i'd like him to still keep the style he has now..
n plus.. he chose to compose the song..n sung it and obviously he liked the overall effect it gave...thats why he put it onto the album...so i'm pretty confident in whatever jay would like to incorporate into his new album..
n i cant really give a set genre of music...coz like jay likes mixing a few into one song..n in the end..its always a cross between a few different styles..

I hope that there would be more Qing Tian style in the album or some kind like Duan Le De Xuan and Ni Ting De Dao. Hope that there wouldnt be a large change in the style,but no matter what,Jay is still my idol!

rock,r&b, and hip hop...since he's had r&b and rap before..i wanna hear more rock, i duno why, but i've gotten into rock music recently

I think it's exciting that Jay said that his new album will be a shock! I would love to hear more rock songs from him but he should have a few songs on the album like Qing Tian and Ni Ting De Dao. I have my confidence in him! He'll produce great songs!

I think he'll definetly continue to produce more rock/alternative songs in his new ablum. I feel that he kind of moved on from the rap/hip-hop scene, though I'm not saying that his new album won't have rap or a sense of hip-hop in them.

Maybe he'll produce more r&b sounds and I know for sure *its a gut instinct* that he'll have classical instruments integratred into his music, not just the cello or violin, but like traditional chinese instruments (also worldly instruments too ~_^).

But we just have to wait for the Jie Lun's new ablum and see what he has in store for us!

i'd like him to stick with his style. Its not as western which is good. Although some more western songs would be nice (since im from the west lol). Anything that he sings, he can make pretty good. I guess it doesnt matter to me. Even the heavier rock songs are ok.

I hope he keeps this hip hop and r&b genre in his music. I personally thought a good portion of nan quan ma ma's album was too rockish, even the song he produced. I would like him to genre of the songs mentioned above. I mean, it's nice that he can use like alternative and mix it in with r&b and stuff just that I think sometimes it's awkward because rock just overtakes the slow melody of r&b.

same here, i want more love ballads!! i just melt whenever i hear him... but i hope his new album will have a mixture of slow and fast songs, and yet try something new at the same time... i dun mind being shocked! i hope he makes a breakthrough! ^^

I think Jay should do more of what he is good at on his new album, and that is blending music styles. If you listen to his latest album it is laced with songs that contain several different musical elements. For example, Shuang Dao has a rock, rap, and a rockabilly element in it. I want to hear more of that, because to me Jay's ability to do all of this is what makes him such an outstanding artist.

I'd personally like to hear some songs where he mixed a more American hip hop style with chinese pop, and maybe through in some calssical or traditional chinese sounds. He did a little of that on his last album, and I want to hear more of it.

Some more acoustic would be nice, also some songs like "dui bu qi" =) or "Ren Zhe".

I think I like the way he is, his misic's style also. Actually each album is quite different, just album 2 and 3 which is similar, I do not want to expect him to make something new but his last album is an example about his talent :happy:. I never thought he would sing a song such Nou Fu. So, don't think of anything and just wait for next album :bleh:
