hmm... i just notice that we don't have this topic i think, anyway i still can't believe is almost over, their last season, just month away until the finale.
So anyone watch the show or remember any favorite Friends moment? :wink2:

I don't watch the new seasons anymore, but I used to watch it everyday back when it aired on the WB. I like Joey and Chandler the most. I heard that Joey in real life is a very nice guy and tries hard to play his role.

i harldy watch friends anymore but when im at work i watch it and the last series have been funny especially the one with the whole thanksgiving meal....floating heads,really funny when joey gets his head stuck and goes flying when the door flungs open..... :laughing:

i borrowed seasons 1,2 and 3 from my friend who has all the dvds, and watched them last christmas and new years. after watching all that, i think my fave character would have to be Ross and Chandler! Ross is so.......smart but stupid sometimes. whereas Chandler is so sarcastic! i love his sarcasm it's so funny to watch. :laughing:

I actually noticed that they made Phoebe smarter. in season 1 she was such a bimbo, but from season 2 onwards she developed into a stronger character. i prefer the more bimbo Phebs tho. :happy:

And I think Ross and Rachel will get back together for sure.. I mean, Charlie just dumped him so he's available now.. and what is going on with Rachel and Joey? :? They're supposed to be together but they don't act like it at all.

I don't have a fave character in particular. They're all so different and funny in their own ways. I'd say I get the most laughs out of Ross though. He's so dopey cute!! :D

oh! one of my fave episodes was in season 1. dunno whether anyone else remems, but Joey was teaching Ross how to talk dirty to girls. they were inside Chandler's apartment and didn't know that he was actually there. so there's Ross practising his dirty talking on Joey and then Chandler walks in unnoticed! hahaha!!!! that was the funniest! he just stands there staring at them while Ross keeps practising! they looked so gay! :laughing: i actually had tears running down my face when i watched that scene! :lolabove:

my sisters and i have episodes 3-9 and i just love them. i think my favorite characters are definitely rachel and joey. ross is pretty funny too. the rest are great, but i dont' think they're as funny.
i dunno what my favoirte episodes are. there are so many that are so great. maybe the one when brad pitt comes for thanksgiving. that was pretty funny.
i think one of my saddest parts was when rachel and joey didn't get together bc rachel didn't like him... during 8th?? season. i forget, i get all the seasons mixed up. and they're at the restaurant crying.

friends? i love them! i used to watch every episode but i've missed out on hte newer ones.

anyway...some of my favorite episodes are:

the one with the emma's nanny played by freddie prinze jr. he was so funny there! he played an ultra sensitive nanny whose attributes werent common to males. ross hated him because he thought that it wasnt normal for a guy to be like that but rachel absolutely loved him. freddie prinze would tell rachel stories about his past and cry and bake the most delicate desserts perfectly. unless u've seen it...i just cant describe how funny it was but it really really was!

the other episode that i really thought was funny was the episodes where emma first laughs. it was so funny watching rachel and ross rapping 'baby got back' to emma and slapping each other's butts just to make her laugh. :laughing:

Yeah, I watch Friends. Thats one of my favorite shows of all time. My favorite episode would have to be the one where they had Thanksgiving. They were recalling earlier Thanksgiving events they had. Ross and Chandler were best friends and Chandler came over for Thanksgiving. Monica had a crush on Chandler and then she over heard him calling her fat. I dont really remember how it happened but Chandlers toes was cut off and they went to the hospital. I havent watch that episode for a real long time so i dont really remember what exactly happend but i know that, that was one of my favorite.

I also like the one where Freddie Prinze Jr. was a guest star on one of the episode like Crusty- Applepie had said. That one was a good episode.

There was one episode where Ross left a message on his own answering machine. He said Hey Ross, its you............. and he said some other things to himself. That was hilarious. :D

My favorite character would have to be Rachel Green. Shes the luckiest girl in the world. Shes married to Brad Pitt. :love: Joey is one funny guy. I love it when he says How you doing? Its just the way he soundsd that makes me laugh. Monica is just a neat freak like me. Phobe is one weird woman but shes funny. Chandler is just plain funny. Ross is um hes just Ross. :happy:

what impresses me the most about 'friends' is how all the actors have remained on the show from hte first season to the last. they must really enjoyed working for the producers and with the staff and each other.

Friends! my favourite sitcom! every episode always makes me laugh....i'm now in the 10th and final season. all characters really add together to make the whole show works. Almost every season there'll be an episode about thanksgiving and it's always so hilarous....the dessert that rachel made? ha ha... and of coz rachel's other sis (christina applegate) Amy, the one who always mixed up baby emma's name. ha ha! and joey always does himbo-stuffs. and also after the game where monica and rach lost the apartment to joey and chandler.

Um...i watch Friends once in a while and i have to say i prefer 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter than Friends.Anyway,one of the reasons i watch Friends is becoz i heard that Freddie Prinze Jr. is going to be part of it.(I think he's going to be Sally :glug: --Emma's babysitter :laughing: ).But til' now,i havent seen him in it..maybe he'll be on it in the coming episodes--i'm not sure.
And yea...Rachel's sis is so funny.There was once i watched this episode where Rachel's sis paid a visit to Rachel's house.And yes,she messed up Emma's name with Phoebe's.So,when she called Phoebe as Emma,Phoebe tried to correct her by saying "Phoebe".This happened for a few times and finally,Rachel's sis asked "Why does she always make that sound?(sound as in Phoebe).That really tickled me!! :laughing: I really had a good laugh watching that.I nearly fell off from my seat. :laughing:

i just remember this rerun i watched weeks ago and it was when monica and chandler told the gang they were dating. and like the last few minutes of that espisode, phoebe and joey was talking, how phoebe was gonna marry for chandler for his money after monica got fat and died or something like that, then joey gets rachel and they had good-lookin kids. then phoebe say that then she and joey gets marry cuz she got chandler's money and joey got rachel kids. then joey ask about ross, and phoebe said something about her killin ross. hehe. :happy:

I think there's only one or two episodes to go here in Aus before the final.. not sure, but this week's was when Rachel & Phoebe took Ross shopping for clothes and he ended up wearing her shirt! Friends is so awesome. i watch it all the time but it think the last one was pretty dissappointing. It was so predictable. It would've been cooler if I didn't already kno what was gonna happen. I like the one where they were staying in a cabin by some beach or sumthin and rachel convinced ross's girlfriend to shave her head! and of course my favorite person is pheobe just because she's so random and funny. Oh! Friends, I love that show. Watch it everyday I can. I just startedd watching it like a month ago. Last year, everybody in my class, was like "Did you watch Friends?" "How's the finale?" So I was flipping through channels, and LOL it was hilarious. Phoebe, hope I spelled it correctly, is hilarious. I catch it everyday at 10:00pm, but they are the old ones. Hope they get to the new ones quick.

Do you also find things in your on life triggering scenes from Friends in your memory? When we go out, we always say: 'got the keys' in the Monica and Rachel tones, you know, when they are going outside to watch the thanksgiving parade and they didn't bring any keys with them...and many more real life situations remind me of Friends. Sometimes I have to laugh because of it, and everyone just stares at me...haha

I think Ross is very funny, if he acts stupid, haha. And Joey especially if he doesn't understand something (which is pretty much always), en Rachel, when she's in panic, and Chandler, when he's frustrated, and Monica, when she's full of energy :D:D:D Makes me laugh just thinking about it...I miss it so much, but I think their decision to stop was good. You can't go on forever.
