gunbound and survival project are online rpg games. gunbound seems like the rage for the past few months here in singapore. nearly all my friends are playing it or at least know about it. for those who haven't started playing, click on the links to find out more!

haha, how funny that I was just wondering if there was a topic on gunbound!! I guess I'm still a noob at gunbound, but its still fun! ^^ I just feel bad when i shoot my teammate >.< (alby knows about this :oops:) and another bad thing is that it's sooo easy to lose track of time when you're playing!! i learned that these past couple days.. :glug:

im not that good...i just like to use boomer and make trick shots...cuz they are just so sexy :shifty:

too bad i usually lose becuase of it TT ...and i hate random wind changes...i always forget to look up and pay attention to when they are coming...or even just those minor change in wind...like 1 change or the angle changes...enough so that my poor little boomer misses -_-

Hahah I only play survival project coz my computer is too mediocre to be able to play gunbound. it laggs too much and I end up dying in almost every game! x( my friend plays it everyday and she really obsessed with it. She's now a ruby hole with rank 300++.. But.. awh. This year's a really important year for 16 year olds. Fellow singaporeans will know. We have to take our O'levels exams which will determine our admittance into our next school and university and my mom says the employers stress alot on our O'level results when hiring.. meep!!! I got off topic!! :cry: so anyway. my friends and me are quiting the games soon to make time for studying and my above mentioned friend won't be able to maintain her rank nor get into top 300. (wahahaa she's be whining before long) Ehhhzz.. I'm not sure why I started this thread.. perhaps just to let fellow gunbound players talk about game strategy or something. Hah. I know nuts about gunbound really. :blush:

i tried out survival project...within one day i went half way up the level system...haha ...its really easy i think...the death thing on the quest levels is REALLY annoying cuz he always gets me when im low on life...right after i fight a ton of skeletons...haha its an iteresting game tho...i dont think ill be playing much anymore tho =P i dont understand the card system completely...but o well =P

I just started playing it, and it's pretty fun~ And the characters and mobiles are so cute. Like the avatar items, they just add on to the fun. :)

But i can tell you some of the ppl are so rude. When i was just figuring how to play, they just keep asking me to quit the game and never teach me a thing. Pretty unkind to a newbie, i think. :oops:

dks are all just luck, =P its just if ur 2 enemys are dumb and happen 2 be next 2 each other...ive gotten at least 10...and came pretty close dozens of times...i ALMOST got one last night...but both survived with TINY BITS of life TT...but on the other hand..ive been playing a long time =P so don't feel bad...im NO where as good as other ppl =P

nothing special..
sometime they will train with each other or fight against other guilds.

There was an update recently with some new avatars and new maps. The new Nirvana map is so interesting, everyone is on rocks all over the place in mid-air and then look ready to fall. :laughing: Haven't see the Cave B map yet though. I am now getting money to get the fireman helmet and clothes avatar, looks nice!~

yup one of the times i tried logging in it said their servers were being hacked so they had to shut down all their servers and now they are just getting everyones data back up.

hmmm even tho it says the servers are down until further notice I seem to be able to log on !! weeeee yay

they had problems with the last patch i believe, lots of server instability and so they are currently fixing that problem up. It was suppose to be up and working 2 days ago, and it was, i played a few games, but i guess they didnt fix it completly so its down again. =/

Our servers were unstable and down after being the target of massive Dos attack and ever since, GIS team members are having endless nights without sleep to solve the problem by increasing the networks, getting new security system and looking for the way to stop this from happening again.

I was surprise that Ragnarok was a bit better than Gunbound.

no u dont lose gp. but if you are above battle ax, your rank can fall, because those numbers are always changing, since they are based on a percentage of the players which have that rank.

As for hackers..there are not THAT many. There are lots of gold hacks/gp hacks out there, but dont believe them. They want to just get ur pw and steal ur money. There are not that many REAL hackers in the game. People have accused me of hacking, but i never have, and never will do that kinda thing, its really pointless.

I've bumped into a couple of hackers. They hit my friend on the other side of the screen and somehow I died too. And even thought we kept hitting him, he didn't die. This other time, someone kept getting to shoot twice with the same amount of delay. It just cheapens the game.

The only problem is, on my "3509408" name, the e-mail isnt verifed because GB has a problem with some hotmail accounts. I've tried 100's of times before to get it verifed, but I never get the confirmation e-mail. I know its a common problem too since there are lots of people talking about it in their help and support forums. Of course they haven't fixed it nor has any GM said anything about it. I also tried to e-mail them, as many others have, but nothing happens, because the only e-mail on the site gives a dead response and is there soley for their GMs to log on with.

So yea, my account 3509408 is probably dead for good. I dont think I can get on anymore TT_TT it was almost a wand too. Over 1 million gold worth of items on it too TT_TT (almost 2 million if you count all the items I gifted away TT_TT )

So yea uh.......yea.... -_- Im kinda irritated. I can only play on "ourstory" now.

I log in at the website but they say incorrect password, I click on a link so they can email you the newest password and it works, now if the password is too complicated, I will change the password so I can remember it. JianDan[Ai], I think you can try that too.

Gunbound has been quite a hit early this year but me and my friends had quit gunbound... mayb because it gets boring at times.. all we do is move, shoot, adjust, earn gold and gp, buy avatar, get a new rank.

Sometimes we even use Gunbound only to chat.. and abandon msn messenger. haha:D

I have no idea though, but i remember they mentioned something about renting avatars in the new features section, so that might be it.

Edit: Oh yes, i just found out that they are rented, no wonder they are so cheap! There will be no more permanent avatars from now on! All the old avatars we have will still be permanent though. :glug:

Yeah ~ that's why there was a mad scramble the week before the change to buy up any avtars you could get. Luckily, I managed to wipe out my many accounts, each with about 50K, and buy up a lotta crap. Then again, my friend with over 2 million gold...he must not have read the announcement XD.
