RadBoi: Jay had mentioned before he has learned how to write songs for other singers without it being so Jay-ish. Yea, so maybe this explains why it doesnt really sounds Jay-made. But isnt it better this way?! Jay is developing his style agains! :excited:

Btw, i love the lyrics. Vincent is good man! He can write the many different phrases based on the same meaning. Wow :thumbsup: This song is not bad. Kinda metallic though. Remind me of Simple Plan. Lols. Is this considered rock? :?

I agree w/ Knock dat Jay's developin his style...cuz he started to add some metal/rock elementz in his songz (since YHM album) but it comez out really great! I think itz not considered rock tho...'just a mix & match of different style of music! :D and Vincent's lyrics...they're just amazin too! Yeah I love the lyrics too! Vincent writes it so brillantly. Somehow he manages to end every line with words with a 'ai' sound. I notice that he does it for a lot of his songs. This rhyming effect gives the lyrics a beautiful flow. The amazing thing is that he can still keep within a theme. Only someone very skilled in a language can do that. :thumbsup:

This has to be my current favourite song at the moment!

Reading the lyrics really made me like this song.. I felt that the lyrics are so beautiful.. Vincent Fang does such a great job and the beat is great that Jay created. Vincent uses a lot of imagery, I love that. Pieces (Love), shattering that it can't be put back.. so brilliant!

I must say, I like Jolin's vocal a lot. I can actually sing to it!! Not that complicated for the mandarin illiterates of the board. :laughing: I swear I woke up and started singing. ehehe

Thanks Lisa for translating the lyrics! :excited: I have been looking all over for the lyrics for this song. I'm a big fan of Fang Wen Shan's lyrics, always so beautiful and meaningful. He's lyrics together with Jay's composition for the music.. one word for it, Perfect! :wink2:
But erm... frankly speaking, if this song is sang by Sun Yan Zi.. it will be more perfect. I'm not critising Jolin's vocal.. but just feel that Sun Yan Zi might do a better job. :laughing:

from the first time i listening jolin's new album..i find that dao dai is very great and nice. in castle hv 3 song which jay's write but i like dao dai better coz it's a slow and jayish... and i agree that this song will be better if jay sing it :laughing:

For some reason, I never paid attention to any of Jolin's songs till after I watched Jay's concert DVD and I love this song and the way how Jay sings it; so expressive that you can feel the emotions of the song. I've only heard Jolin sang a bit of it from her concert clip of Jay in it, still havent heard her full version, so donno how she sounded, but I am sure Jay does a better job in it. After all, Jay was the one who composed the music to this song. After reading the lyrics, I think it kinda sums up the relationship between Jay and Jolin. I can literally see all of Jolin's emotions being captured and portrayed in the lyrics. No one will know the real truth to the kind of relationship that Jay and Jolin shared, but from what I read in the papers, what each of them had said about their relationship and each other in the past b4, I can sense what Jolin is going thru with Jay. Not saying Jay is the bad guy who 2 times (I personally don't buy what the paper accused Jay of, I don't think Jay is that type of guy who would do such thing to a girl), but I think that might be the impression and feelings that Jolin has towards Jay. To me, this is a song that symbolized what Jay and Jolin used to shared; whether true or not; that's another discussion.

It's on Castle, and as for downloading the album, i'm not quite sure, maybe you can try downloading individual songs off of a file sharing program like Kazaa or something. . though I wouldn't recommend it :oops:
