Twins are reeeally popular right now. i heard that they received a number of awards this year and they cried so hard at the awards show. the only thing i've seen them in is the movie The Twins Effect. they did a pretty good job there. =)

How long have they been in the entertainment circle? I remember the first time they won a JSG award they bawled like mad and held hands and took turns holding the award while trying to sing their song bless them...now they're so used to getting the awards, they're pros at the thank you speech and singing while taking turns with the award...i saw the JSG awards last week and it was one of the Boyz who cried...

I think i prefer their films to their singing...i would say i watched a lot more films which starred Charlene...Gillian always seemed to be the inferior one..but she gets the most press...thinking back to the Edison and Shawn scenario... :oops:

Twins...I don't know very much about them since I don't understand cantonese. The version of Si Xing Bu Gai they sang with Boy'z was awesome though~!

Sooooooo many guys I know always compare the two. It's like they either pick 1 to cherish or none. They can't seem to like both! My friend is always obsessing over Gillian. Nope they're not related at all. But i think they just used the name cuz its easy to remember and say, plus they do look alike!! i really thought they were twins until i noticed they had different last names^^ :oops:


i think ah sa and ah gilll are SOOOOOOOOOOO beautiful!! they might not sing that weell.... but they really did improve a lot over the years on their singing. :happy:

My brothers like TWINS much more than SHE! They only listen to a few of SHE's songs till now but they are almost listening to all of TWINS new song! Even their ringtones were TWINS' 1st and 2nd hit songs!

I like both as much, Gillian is pretty and Charlene is cute. But who's more popular? Charlene earn more than Gillian, so maybe Charlene is more famous in Hong Kong? ''my wife not yet 18'' is a recent movie? This was showed long ago. I only managed to catch the last 30 minuted of this show. Ah sa's hair looked weird then, but her acting was not bad. I like them in <<Qi tian da sheng Sun Wu Kong>>. They looked really pretty there, with 'modern-type' clothes and make-up. During that time, i like Charlene more, but as i know more of them, i like Gillan a little more :happy: .

I think they are better than other artistes as they are not only talented in singing, but also in acting! They are geting more popular now in Singapore and other places like Taiwan. :D

It's shown in cinema 2 years ago i think... wow... they really can fight.. did they mostly use substitutes or most of the fighting parts they act their own? They look very agile.. yes, it's true that there record company EGG is planning to disband them, though both of them didn't want to go their separate way at all. it's all over the new, so if you want more info on it, you can just search for it on yahoo or google(of course,it's on yahoo hk,or google hk,etc...and not the english yahoo/google).

I hope they don't disband. They're not hugely talented and if they disbanded, I think it would take away the appeal. It's the "Twins" appeal factor of two cutesy little girls with fairly decent vocals that's appealing. I don't think either has enough talent to be wildly successful on their own.

And plus...I LOVE them as a group.

I heard about the photo incident too. I feel so sorry for Gillian, and so disgusted at the person behind this. The magazine that published this was Easyfinder...the same magazine that published Carina Lau's topless photos when she was kidnapped and raped. And they say they have more revealing photos of Gillian, and are going to post them online soon.

And apparently, they published an article along with it, saying Gillian 'changed with the door open' and 'letted everyone know'. Which is all untrue, because in an interview, Gillian had said it was a solid room and helpers were helping to cover her, and Twins are known for being really careful eg they take their rubbish with them when they go to foreign countries to prevent papparazzis from digging through them.

I was just watching the news (Chinese) and they showed Ah Gil going to the police station to report the situation. I guess they'll research it.

They also interviewd Ah Gil a bit and she was saying how now she's very cautious and always looking around. She seemed really.. "no mood" and I just felt so sad for her.

Her manager, Mani, said in the first letter (in the lawsuit), they will get EasyFinder to public apologize and they will also try to get all the films and everything.

Twins are releasing their sixth anniversary collection album with wedding pictures as the cover. Their pictures include very intimate poses such as facing each other looking like they were about to kiss.

While some complimented on the creativity and beauty of the results, some others took their forwardness as a discussion topic, saying they're promoting homosexuality, the topic had people responding and had over 1,500 views within a short period of time.
