第10屆全球華語音樂榜中榜日前已進入頒獎前的最後倒計時階段。近30位當紅歌手將於本月8日在上海大舞台 一較高下。縱觀目前的票選情況，呈現出王菲、張學友讓賢，周杰倫、孫燕姿大熱的局面，使得該音樂盛典最終的 結果更加撲朔迷離、扣人心弦。

There is going to be an award ceremony for all the chinese singers called "全球華語音樂榜中榜"(i duno how to translate this...sorry). ALmost 30 popular singers will be competing among themselves on the 8th of January this year in Shanghai. From the voting results, Faye wong, Jacky Cheung, JAY, Stephanie Sun are hot favourites....so many people will be looking forward to the ceremony as they want to know who are the real award winners...

In this music award ceremony, JAY is the most hot favourite....he got listed in many categories...there are "Most popular song in taiwan and Hong Kong" he got into the categories with 3 songs, YFZM, Qing tian and Dong feng po....so to say,he've got more chances of getting the award...
He was also listed in "The best composer in Hong Kong and Taiwan" & "Best male singer"....

One of the components in determining the results of the awards, are the sponsorer....the sponsorers of the event are M-Zone(Dong gan di dai i think)and panasonic handphone company....and JAY is the one who helped these 2 companies advertise their products!! So its very difficult for JAY, in not getting an award...

I hope Jay wins. One of his biggest frustrations for the year 2003 was not being able to win GMA awards, right? So, I hope winning this award would somehow compensate for his losses. I think compensate is not the right word, but you know what I mean.(And I hope he wins the GMA this year too :wink2:)

Is he nominated for the category "Producer of the Year"? :? Also, I think, he would not win just because the main sponsors of this award show are those he advertises. :dry: Jay would win not because of that.

i don't know what the exact english for the awards ceremony is or if there is one, but "全球華語音樂榜中榜" can be translated as "Worldwide Chinese Music Chart of Charts". so, i guess it'll be a competition amongst artists in China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. i think that's how "worldwide" it'll get since it's already mentioned what jay's nominations are for the Hong Kong and Taiwan area.

Jay gets into so many categories!! Im sure he is going to do better this year after the disappointment in year 2003. Lets just hope that people wun complain of unfairness if Jay wins a lot of awards because Jay is the spokemans for both panasonic and M-zone.
