Hi fudachi rep,
my question is why was i lied to, inconvenienced and disrespected by your company?
- Called 2 weeks ago you told me that they had arrived and to come in but once i got there you said that they weren't ready yet.
- This happened another time however this time when i went in you told me off for not calling in advance even though i did and you had again stuffed up by telling me to go in.
- Last week i called speaking in english to someone who answered in english and then told me to hold the line and got someone else to speak to me in cantonese luckily i knew how to speak cantonese so they spoke to me and said that they hadn't had any tickets come in so someone was obviously lying not to mention playing games.
- Called this week, you said tickets had only just arrived and that you needed time to sort them but that you would give us free pens to say sorry only after i spoke to you loudly & firmly.
- Called today, you spoke to me in cantonese so i enquired about the tickets in cantonese however you then started speaking in mandarin so i proceeded in mandarin. I was then asked to hold while the person on the phone carelessly forgetting to cover up the phone asked his colleague (in cantonese) if he could speak english to me. This other person picked up the phone and started speaking in english so i asked what language he spoke because the two were obviously playing games and he said english so i continued to enquire in english and was finally told that my tickets were ready.
- Went in this afternoon to pick the tickets up, but was met by bad customer service. When i asked about the pens your female sales assistant rolled her eyes at me to my face multiple times. When i asked for an envelope to put my five tickets in she told me she didn't have envelopes but when i said i saw the guy before us get an envelope she unwillingly went and got us one again rolling her eyes. When we said thanks the eyes were rolled yet again.

im afraid that i wont be able to see jay chou properly coz im in section 8, it would be kind of hard to see anything including the stage im assuming .. im upset that it was the only vip seating allocation available, but im just wondering if thats an average or one of the worst seating area ... makes me think that $268 wasnt worth it after all

hey did you end up purchasing the silver tickets ?? it might be too late to tell you but never trust fudachi ... best bet to go to ticketek or jms =)
i purchased the vip seating, and from where im sitting; its basically just as bad as rear view =( i think its gona be hard to see him

I'm totally bummed. Firstly, I can't go to the concert because of a heavy workload. Now, I can't even sell off my two $268 tickets. Looks likes the tickets will be going to waste. If the concert is in Singapore or Taiwan, there would never be this situation of over supply and not enough buyers. To everyone who is going to Acer Arena, have a good time and sing along on my behalf!

I know who I won't get services/products from, regarding computers.
Your justification about how you handled the ticket distribution is rubbish, although you say this was purely "voluntary" you receive no commission blah blah blah, what about the amount of publicity your business has received for this promotion, you should be paying JMS, I know now all your getting is bad publicity which is reflected upon your own actions and administration. None of this delaying non sense, if people ask you a question tell them next time "You don't know!" not these lies that spark false hope and promises such as these "compensation" proclamations.
If your going to "volunteer" to do something at least do it responsibly, passionately, ethically and with integrity.

wow... reading this thread and in the other thread.. that FuDaChi place is getting really bad press. I don't know who that are, and LUCKY i didn't purchase the jay chou tickets from them. hmmm Capitol Square FuDaChi - yeh ill sure keep that name in mind to avoid for next time or any future events. I hope you jay fans enjoyed the concert nevertheless despite the dilemma
