is anyone else on this forum watching this drama? I didn't see that many
threads about Korean dramas so I was just curious hehe.

personally, I would really recommend this drama! at first, when I read the
synopsis I didn't feel an immediate interest in the drama because it's a big
tangent from what I usually watch. I figured it just wouldn't be entertaining,
but I read others' opinions about it and it got a lot of hype (mostly because of
the actors/actresses). so I gave it a try and after the first episode I was
hooked.

if you like a more serious type of drama, then this is most definitely for you.
and if you don't mind watching a long drama (50 episodes) then you should
check it out haha.

the best thing I discovered after watching this drama: KIM BUM. he is an
amazing actor. I was really surprised because he's pretty young (I think he's
19), but he's a great actor for someone his age. he was the core of the first 5
episodes. I was a little disappointed that he wasn't going to be in the rest of
the drama. though I'm pretty sure after his performance in this drama, he will
be getting more calls for movies/dramas. I will be on the lookout for him in
the future.

anyways, if anyone else is watching this, comments? =] .

OMG!!! IS2SATORU. Thanks for creating this series. I was thinking of creating this thread for like 2 days ago but I thought there arent many korean drama fans in JCnet. I am watching this series right now. I LOVE IT so much!! :D

The first thing that caught my attention about this drama is their casting. There are so many great actors and actress in this drama that is so worth the time to watch. I love the synopsis too. After reading it, although it reminds me of "autumn in my heart", I believe it is good. I'm just afraid that it is just too draggy. I mean 50 episodes. It's like a TVB drama=.=.

My eyes teared for the first 5 episodes. And yes, I feel that kim bum is a new actor that has alot of chances to be a famous actor. Same as what you've mentioned, I'm so gonna notice for every single movie/drama that he's going to be acting in. It's sad that he only appeared in 4 episodes. I was hoping more of him.

It should be tough for him though to cry so much for the 4 episodes that he is in, afterall he's still a newcomer. Yet, he did such a good job on his roles and really show out his emotions well in the role.

I am going to continue this drama now. =P
Just finished my exam. EAST OF EDEN is just so addicting. :wink2:

icarus - yay! I'm glad someone else here watches this drama =] hehe.

yeah their casting was a big deal. I think everyone was anticipating this drama
because of the big names. especially with Song Seung Hun as the main lead.

omg my eyes were tearing up all throughout the first 5 episodes too! I usually
don't do all that crying stuff, but this one totally got me haha.

every episode makes me want to watch more. which pretty much lets me know
that it's a good drama. usually I take a long time to get into a K-drama, but right
from the start this drama interested me.

I can't believe it's 50 episodes, but I have a feeling it's worth the watch =P .

This drama is supposed to be a celebration for MBC's 50th anniversary or something. So they are making this a long drama. I hope it's not too draggy too. =P

yeah, I'm happy that I have a jcnetters to share this drama with :D
Let's discuss often haha. Which episode are you at right now?
I'm watching episode 9 right now.
Gah, and it's getting so interesting. Everything is like coming together again.

EDIT

I'm at episode 11 now. Surprisingly, I love how they develop each character's background. Every single one of them has problems with their family. Grudges.
I totally LOVE this drama
