What type of people annoy you?

I was wondering what type of people annoy you guys.

There is this girl in my school, and she really bugs me.
She is the epitome of the type of person I dislike.
We have assigned seats in History, and she keeps sitting in my seat.
And when I ask her to move, she complains.
Which I think is pretty dumb, because I should be the one complaining, not her. And if she does move, the seats all warm, which I hate. I mean, most people you have to sit there a while before it gets warm, but she warms it up immediately. She is just so rude, and she just keeps sitting in my seat even though it clearly bothers me. -__-

And when we went swimming, she wore this really tight bathing suit that did not fit her. Her skin was buldging out of the back of her suit. It was a bit disgusting. But anywho, basically this girl really busts my guts and everytime she decides to cut class, my day becomes bright and sunny.

So what type of people annoy you?

I can't stand the type of people that judge others just because their religion, hobbies, or because they decide to be different. The type that if you say something that sounds the least bit odd or if you are different from them that they made fun of you. If you aren't just like them then they judge and make fun of what they don't understand or what they are jealous of.

These type of people want you to be a robot and any sign of uniqueness they get all scared and poking fun is their defense mechanism.

As an anime fan I get poked at a lot for being such. I just let it brush off now.

Well this is a hard one. Well let me see. You ever start talking to your friends and then a certain person just comes up from out of nowhere and not even knowing what you are talking about, comes and just joins in to change the conversation to talk about themselves? Then they are totally off of the topic you were talkign about and now you are looking at them like, "Hello, what are you talking about?" Because not only will you now forget what you and the other person(s) were talking about, but now you are confused about what you are now listening to. Well it kind of bothers me sometimes when some people would just cut in my conversations with other people and then they try to turn the conversation to fit themselves. It is kind of annoying because I am not very particular with selfish people.

I dont get people who are so stuck up and up themselves. They have to know everything and they are wherever you go. I hate loud mouth people and the ones who only think about themselves. Oh this girl in my class is sooo stuck up and you cant even talk to her so i ignore her and suddenly she comes up to me on msn and goes.. "Why do you hate me, i've been hearing from other people" so i turned around and said... okay ask me tomorrow in my face and she didnt even look at me and moved away.. hmm

Eveyrone in my school are english because i live in the very south of England.

i cannot stand people who are not punctual or slow in time

me and my friend live in the university hostel but different block so we would meet up at a specific point before going to class.

sometimes she said she's leaving now and i would rush out of the room because the meeting point is nearer to her room and she stays on the second floor, i didn't want her to wait for me because i feel bad when people wait for me.

i live on the fourth floor at a farther building so i rush to the point but then she would not be there yet. i feel really annoyed with that. i did ask her what took her so long and she keeps telling me stuff like

"someone msn me "

or "my room mate was talking to me "

so i decide the next time , i would take my own sweet time and go. therefore when she says she's leaving, i wait a few mins before making my move and guess what? in the end, i end up waiting for her too!

there was one time when i just took it real slow, i want her to taste her own medicine but guess what? she came, saw i was not there and went to the shops to get something. in the end, i did the waiting again. grrr

the other day we were heading to the exam hall together and when she say she leaving, i put my pants, went to the bathroom, combed my hair , put on my shoes and left. i was pretty sure she would be there because i took time to go the bathroom.

guess what? she was not there! and then she call to ask if i was there and she is on her way

i am just being patient because she's my friend. i dunno how to tell her this weakness which just drives me nuts sometimes.

oh and i hate people who can't bother to tell you they will be late. once i was waiting for a ride and i stood waiting for 30 mins.

if you're gonna be late, at least an sms!

I can't stand racist people and narrow-minded people. Every day, when people notice me studying Chinese, they ask me, "What is that? <Insert random Asian language other than Chinese here>?" Then, I say, "No, this is Chinese!" Some have even guessed Vietnamese. :sweat: Vietnamese uses Roman letters, don't they know what Chinese looks like?! They just think all Asian things are the same. Sometimes, they ask me whether I want to be a Communist. Grow up, people! We're living in a time when things are getting more and more globalized. You see Chinese signs saying "welcome" at the post offices in Charlotte these days. Why shouldn't someone learn Chinese?!

Then, people find out I speak Spanish, too, and say how all the Mexicans should go back to where they came from and say how it's so awful that people speak Spanish in the US. I hate those people! Can't they see that everyone is human, that there's really no difference if someone speaks Spanish or Mandarin Chinese?

I also hate people who tell you to come to their house, but then continue to not be there. I know a certain someone who owns 3 homes, and he always goes back-and-forth, yet he want me to come over! He's never at the one house, so why should I bother? If I do find him at home, he'll say, "You never come and see me!" :glug:

I mean, the people who think that a qipao is Japanese and that Asian people are all exactly the same. :oops: Now, that annoys me! It's also bad when people get the countries confused, and they tend to think Taiwanese people speak Thai and wonder why I listen to a Taiwanese singer if I am learning Chinese, and they don't know what Mandarin really is! Then, you have to explain, and that's very annoying, especially when they finally say, "I don't want to know." Now, that's just ignorant! :dry:

I wouldn't be able to tell the difference without hearing them speak Vietnamese/Japanese. I'm not Asian, though, and I grew up in a place with very few Asian people. I can tell if someone is Indian, but other than that, it's very hard to tell the difference without having seen very many Japanese or Vietnamese people. I've met only maybe 5 Vietnamese people in my entire life! :oops: I know there's a difference, but it's very easy for me to see. Now, if someone lives in Asia and can't tell the difference, that would be kind of pathetic. If I lived in New York, it'd be different, but I live in a hick town with very few Asian people, so it's not obvious at all for me.

People knowing that China is in Asia is very dumb, though. My mom knows that, even though she thinks that ninjas are from China. :dry:

I also get annoyed by slow people who pull out in front of you in traffic and then hit the brakes and give you the finger, and people behind you in traffic who don't use the brakes until last minute and fill up your rear-view mirror. I also don't like it when people don't go at green lights, wait for people to come at yield signs and stop signs. I waited by one of those people for five minutes before I pulled around them and went, since nothing was coming. I never saw them turn. :oops: They had no turn signals on, either.

Oooh... nice thread, i hate a lot of people, i mean different type of people. Not sure where to start first. Haha... just kidding.

The first thing of all is that i hate those people that keep on disturbing everyday... like say hitting your shoulders everyday when he/ she sees you. Worst of all, trying to do something or said which you've told them that you dont like those things to be done or said in front of you, STILL... they did it on purpose.

One good example: I hate those people wh knows me singing my name, by using Chinese New Year song in front of strangers, and decide to sing loudly in front of everyone else, everytime i appear. This is making me sick, is just like they're trying to embarrass me!!

Oh yeah, and also people whose trying to embarrass me in front of everyone else.

People simply songs adding those crazy words into it.

Same with everyone else really.. i have a deep hatred for RACIST people who need to seriously get a life and stop discriminating just because we have different skin colour to them.. i suppose it's because i live in a non-chinese country so there's often more racial abuse but if i lived in Hong Kong.. i would never ever have suffered from it.. it's rare that it happens directly to me but it really gets on my nerves when people think they can bully others just because of skin colour difference.. IT'S WRONG SO STOP DOING IT!!

I hate that! There's this girl in my class who always does it. It is sooo annoying. And she knows it does, too. She's really obnoxious. If you know her and she sees you, she expects you to say "hi" to her. One time I just ignored her an she kep clearing her throat at me. -___- And she's not even older than me. I'm older than her. She should really stop that nonsense. I mean, if you are older than me, then I will say "hi" to you if I know you. Because, well, you are my superior. But if you are younger than me, you really should not expect anything. GAH, that just annoys me.

I remember this one time we were with a group of friends about 10 or so. I was having a mini-convo with about 3 to 4 at one end of the table, nothing private , we were just having a laugh :D But the annoying person who is having a convo at the other end of the table would shout "what are you guys talking about?" and then we say nothing cos it really was nothing! We were just being stupid! Then all convos at the table stop cos shes at one end shouting down to us at the other end and she says "oh why did everyone stop their convo and looking at me?" its cos ur being so loud and obnoxious thats why!! :rasp:

Ahhh there are alot more people that annoy me~ but I just one thing I wanted to get that off my chest! :angel:

I am like you, the list could go on and on. I am sorry that you too had to experience that one in a million person. Nothing wrong with getting it off of your chest. I just wish that people would take into consideration that sometimes the conversation does not include them, nor that you are trying to be mean, but you just have not included them in the conversation at this time. I guess some people just want to feel important. If they don't have any attention then they will be any means get some!

I'm annoyed by some of Jacky Cheung's fans! Last year, I put a couple videos of Jacky Cheung on YouTube, and I didn't really think anything of it. I mean, it was just me putting up a few Jacky videos I couldn't find elsewhere, right? Well, Jacky's fans took it as an invitation to bash Jay Chou! It's like these fans just worship Jacky Cheung. I kept deleting the comments that just said, "Jacky Cheung is perfect. Jay Chou sux." I even blocked some YouTube users because they were just freaks! Look at the comments on this page (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ZjYL0zm57k&feature=channel_page), for example. One fan keeps repeating that Jay Chou is a horrible singer and flaming everyone else who says otherwise. On a different Jacky Cheung video, one fan says that Jacky Cheung raps better than Jay. It's ridiculous! In the future, I'm not posting any more Jacky Cheung videos because I don't think his fans can behave well enough.

Why can't all fans get along? It's not like I dislike Jacky Cheung, but his fans just bug me to no end! I've even thought about deleting the videos, just because some of his fans are so annoying!

What bothers me besides the obvious things that bother other people, are sometimes when you are in a grocery store line, and a shorter person kinds of sneak their way in front of you, because you were reading the magazines on the shelf before it was your turn to check out. Thinking that you did not see them get in front of you, but you managed to glimpse them with the subtle quickness to rush in front of you.

Also, when you are in a check out line for 20 items or less and the person in front of you has like 30 plus items. You want to tell them so badly to please go to another line, but now you have to wait patiently for the check out cashier to tell them to go to another line. Then they say something really bad to the cashier like they were being rude????

Now that bothers me. Plus, I cannot help that I am kind of tall.

But ANYWHO, I was on the bus once, and this senior citizen walked in. There were no seats, so I stood up to give her my seat. She sat down right away, but my stuff was still on the floor near the seat. I was going to reach for the stuff, when the old lady kicked it away towards me. o__0)) Honestly? I was like WTF. I just pretended I did not see that though. So I just stood really far away from that lady....

You would expect that behavior from a spoiled child or a delinquent, but an old woman? I was suprised. And ticked off.

Don't fret too much. Sometimes people's actions can stem from past experiences and dealings with others. So we don't know what people have been through that makes them that way. Not excusing her behavior, but sometimes older people do not expect young people today to give them a seat on the bus, so she may not have known how to react to your kindness.

You have to admit that many young people today do not have the kindness that you have expressed for the elderly. Regardless of culture, even though, from my experience I know that Asians are highly noted for their respect of the elderly. So today, you may not receive a Thank you from helping someone elderly. Does not mean that they did not appreciate what you did, but she may not have been taught to thank people for their help. She may feel that this is something you should have done in the first place. Putting others before yourself. So each person has a totally different outlook as to when and how you thank people.

Respect for the elderly and vice versa them to younger people has declined and almost does not exist today. Some things may be better overlooked, not excused but if you can jsut look over it. But remember in your heart that you did a good thing, and regardless of her actions or others in the future, you will do it again for another older person. We all just have alot to work on with our personalities and tolerance for indifference. You did well in my book.

I don't like also when people prejudge you before they even really know you.

I don't like guys who talk about all of their friends who may be girls, but when you talk about your guy friends they avoid you or don't even listen to what you are saying.

I don't like when people say that they are not prejudice, but when you ask them do they have such and such as a friend, they don't. Then they give you their reason and say things like well "You are different from the others of your race".

I do not like racists nor people who always say that they are not racists. By their comments thinking, and their actions prove that they are racists.

I don't like it when guys think that you always like them in a certain way other than a friend, and then they try to avoid you, thinking more of themselves than they should. Like they are a god or something or the bomb sort of speak. This is very immature thnking. Please grow up someday.

I don't like when guys assume that you are flirting with them, when you only trying to make friends and meet new people. Their loss.
