I almost forgot about them! They're like Barbies that came to life. They act like Barbies, too. I was translating one of their songs, and the whole thing reminded me of a Barbie, like, "Let's go shopping, so I can look good for Ken!!!" I can't stand them! :oops: That one song made me want to throw up, so I couldn't imagine buying one of their albums. They took a perfectly good composition from Jay and ruined it for me.

rain - ok - great abs n dancing . singing ? every song sounds the same! acting ? full hse was a fun show - even without rain it can still be a hit show - just like rain could not save " a love to a kill". his concerts are worst than those heady days of "f4 ' , bleeding their their fans dry with ridiculous ticket prices . jay in all his concerts - tickets always reasonably priced n value for money.
wang lee hom - all his conforming behavior - is he for real? his music - just like his person - so in between david tao's pushing the boundary music n jay chou's reaching out to new horizons. his love songs - every one sounds the same n the lyrics almost similar ! luckily he managed to give us a couple of interesting songs like ' shangrila " n " hua tian cho ". is he so perfect that in our " anti " section , where we even have a vibrant ' anti-jay ' , his detractors were flamed out?!!

EH, i believe i'm allowed to make this comment because i see one very wrong fact stated about Show Luo. (i just looked at the anti-x guidelines to make sure i can post.)

Firstly, Show Luo does not only have "one or two album". He has more than one or two albumS, in the first place. From when he started out in the industry 13-14 years ago, Show has chalked up five solo albums, and at least 5 group albums with his previous groupmates from Si Da Tian Wang & Luo Mi Ou. The reason I'm saying at least is because I am not sure of the exact number.

So... You can think that he doesn't qualify to have his own concert, but the reason "with one or two album", sadly, will not hold. Just to state the facts.

to me personally..

i feel that it is the aska guy whose chinese name is Yang Zhong Wei. he recently released a cd titled " Dove " if i'm not wrong.

seriously, i admit here, i don't like his songs at all. Everyone is like so crazy over him and thinks that his voice is oh-so-nice. but i just find that he just uses power in his voice, and that's it.

if i'm not wrong, there was once at a concert or whatsoever when he sang a song, many of the fans cried? i was like.. " okay.. maybe i was wrong in his talents. " so that very night, i went to check out his youtube videos, esp the songs he sang in the competition. Unfortunately, i just cannot feel any emotions from his singing! Maybe the tune of the songs are not suitable to me but sadly, i just find that he's being over-rated. just nothing special about him at all.

and of course the Feilunhai ppl! what's so nice about them! i only find aaron quite cute looking. but not to the extent of being so good looking. Calvin chen is far worst! i don't know what's the craze about with them anyway.

and lastly is Hei Se Hui Mei Mei + Bang Bang tang boys. Just Speechless.

Rain- yes, he dance well and sing well, but then... have i ever mentioned this before, his 'sigh- ing' and 'gasp- ing' REALLY DO GIVES ME CREEPS!! Whenever he sings and dance, he would add those freaky annoying/ irritating' sounds that made me went all goosebumps. It's ok if he make that like a few times, but it's MOST of his performances he made that.

Rainie Yang- She thinks that she's cute after saying 'kou yi ma?!'(something like 'can i?'). Yuck!! What the heck?! To me i think she's trying to destroy the simple chinese word, saying 'kou yi ma?!' in a cute way instead of 'ke yi ma?!' Once again, my goosebumps will appear everytime i hear that.

There are just so many singers nowadays released by the taiwan entertainment industry that are so overrated. They keep releasing new artiste non-stop. In this entertainment industry, the most important thing is look. Once your look is settled, your voice is next. I would not list out the artiste simply because there are just too many.

I don't get why people cares so much about what mariah carey wants to say. So what if she marries a person that is 12 years younger? Nowadays the whole concept of girls-older-boys-younger relationship is the main source of all these problems. Furthermore, as long as they are happy, that's all that is important.

And seriously, I think physical features of a person and attitude shouldn't really be mentioned in this case in my opinion. I think talent should really be the main focus of this thread.

I love Wang Leehom as a singer/composer, but as an actor, I do believe that he needs to get more lessons. He has such great character as a person, and an environmentalist, but acting he needs a little work. I thought he acted a bit American in the movies that I watched him in. Not that you suppose to act like something else. But I see him acting more like a surfer in California, than a Taiwanese drama/action actor. Just listen to Ya Birthday and the Average Thug song, they are just 2 songs, but the fact that he thought of even composing them shows his desperation to be unique and 'different' from other asian artists, but he is doing it in a very bad way. contrary to other ppls opinions i hear, i believe his singing is quite normal and TOO polished. his songs are simply too educated-sounding for me, with not much creativity.

As a martial arts guy, he's actually really good, but in every way, he cannot surpass Jackie Chan. Jackie Chan might not be attractive, but he's awesome at acting (even in american english and he doesn't know what he's saying half the time), martial arts, being funny and everything he does that's worth knowing. He's one of my favorites with Jay Chou, Chow Yun Fat, Stephen Chow, and hm...I can't think of them right now.

Carrie Underwood isn't so bad. I like some of her songs and her music videos are better than many I see of Jay's. (It's just one thing Jay needs to work on; his music videos) Okay, she's not the best singer, but there's nothing wrong with her.
