ok I haven't watched the video so I don't understand the context of it... but the sentence you posted means: "Where is Nan Xiang Xiao Long?"

To make it more precise, "Qing Wen" means, "May I ask" so it goes, " May I ask, where is Nan Xiang Xiao Long?"
In my opinion, I guess "Nan Xiang Xiao Long" is an eatery.
I guess it sells "xiao long bao(s)" or in english, I think it's mini buns or mini dumplings.
You could search it up on the net.

Is the MV filmed in Shanghai??? That's where Nan Xiang is. xD
