Some of the free email services (we know hotmail for one) and some ISP (sbcglobal, aol) have implemented rigorous spam protection, preventing forums (like us) to send emails to users who willingly register at our site.

So what does this mean? Those of you who use one of these accounts to register, you will NOT receive an email confirmation, and therefore cannot activate your account. Please use a yahoo, gmail, or other ISP email.

And if you CHANGE your email here at JCNET to a unaccepted one, you will not be able to confirm it either and therefore restrict your account from posting. The administrators will fix it by asking you for another email that is NOT a restricted one, and you will be sent a confirmation at that email instead.

As a reminder, we do not send out spam or unsolicited emails. You only get the email reminders you set up for, and at most 2-3 important site updates a year.
