Curious about what kind of people are behind the scenes at JCNET? Besides the admins and mods, we have wonderful members that contribute their time and effort to run projects that we all enjoy throughout the year. Read on to find out more about these teams, what sort of projects they are running, and how YOU can be a part of the amazing people that make JCNET great!

1) JCNet Mentors
If you have recently joined our site, you would have interacted with our group of mentors who help with the Newbie Forum. These helpful and friendly members are the first to interact with the newbies and make them feel welcome.
They run the Buddy Program, where newbies can sign on for a mentor to act as their buddy and introduce them to various parts of the forum. They can ask questions about how to post, where to post, and general etiquette around the forums. The Buddy Program is extremely popular, and is a good chance to dive in and make new friends!
Previously headed by ColaPoP, and her effort has made the Mentors team bigger and better than before, now the torch has passed onto pamujung, Shu1Yah, and sushii.
Are you interested in becoming part of the Mentor Team? The Mentors are now recruiting! If you are a social group member, if you are friendly and personable, if you know your way around the site, and you are willing to pitch in some time to help out, contact pamujung (http://www.jay-chou.net/forums/private.php?do=newpm&u=1425) for more information.

2) On the Run Fansubs (Also known as the "Fansubbers")
The fansubbers headed by JenEm is a new project that we have just started this year. Think of the fansubbed anime that you see online and you are probably in the right direction. Basically, this team aims to make Jay's videos to be understood by fans who are unable to read Chinese. So equipped with the good translations that our members here have provided, the fansubbers are able to make use of them to combine with Jay's videos to create accessible fansubbed videos in JCNet's name to be streamed on youtube.
Interested parties wanting to join the fansub team can look into this thread for more information:
