KungFu Dunk Uth Fest @ 1U, 2/2/2008

There will be a carnival so more known as the KungFu Dunk Uth Fest happening on this coming 2nd of February 2008. This carnival is will be held at 1 Utama shopping mall, starting on 10am onwards.

Besides Jay Chou's appearance at the carnival (OMG!) the other actors and actresses will be there too!

There are a few contests going on now in conjuntion of the movie and the carnival, if you're lucky and you won, the prizes will be presented by JAY CHOU himself (double OMG)!!

No i don't have an invitation.One of my friends told me it was opened to the public. I think the winners of the Anglia contest will get to party with the Kung Fu Dunk stars at the VVIP area, whilst the others will have to stand at the public area?

ooh. there might this possibility too because i saw the advertisement shown in all newspapers stated that everyone is welcome. AHH! then the place is confirmed to be packed :bleh:

sorry but i have a kinda stupid question to ask... :sweat:

since i don't live in kl or anywhere near that, I've never been to 1utama. so, just wondering, that carnival, is it held at like the huge arena at the ground floor? you know, the one where we instantly see the minute we step in. i have a 60% chance to be there, so in case i do, i just don't want to get lost in the middle of the mall...

The event is at Central Park Avenue which is actually not inside the mall. Its gonna be held outdoors at this huge open air area, so hopefully doesn't rain tomorrow =(

To get to Central Avenue, make sure you're in the New Wing of 1Utama which has Parkson,Dragon-i etc,and not the old wing which has Jusco,Soho etc.
But of course the old wing and the new wing is connected through a bridge.
Once in the New Wing of 1Utama,head to the Highstreet Zone and you will be nearby Central Avenue. Don't worry,you'll bound to see signboards that will write 'Highstreet'.

lol, yeah i feel lucky... thanks for sharing your pictures andantino. It was a once in a lifetime experience to be on stage with Jay and I'll never forget it ^_^ Can't wait to see the new movie!
