jazlyn87 oh... so its almost the same here in the philippines... all depends on the popularity of the movie... i just asked cause a friend of mine in taiwan says that, in there, most of the movies are shown for only about two weeks, so as to prevent piracy... and i was hoping that jay's movie will be shown there in malaysia a little longer so i would be able to watch it in big screen! hehehe! anyway, thanks! :happy:

Well bout the Kung Fu Dunk promo thing, i clearly remember i've read once on the paper..Anglia Shandy(beverage)is going to host a party where Jay and other actors/actresses(not mention) will be attendin.All you need to do to have the invitation card is to enter the contest host by them,Buy two pack of Anglia and sent the form with the receipt and you will stand a chance to meet them.
well beside that i believed they will have some Premiere screening promo,but not sure whether it is a public event or you need have the entry passes

but at the same time , it's jay.. but the money can be put to greater use .. for semester fee, chinese new year clothes etc etc ..

I have bad experience in every concert i went seriously...is either everyone is standing on the chair with their banner and sticks blocking my view throughout the concert!i have to tip toe and ended up watching the big screen..sigh..
hopefully no such thing happens this time..
well if i can get nearer seat..definitely i'll be taking RM398,unless its 15 rows behind..so i;ll consider taking cheaper seats..(actually i dont really care where i seat...i JUST WANT A CLEAR VIEWED AND I CAN SIT ON TO ENJOYED THE WHOLE SHOW..that it)

the tickets are like double the price this time. the last concert the 198 seats were quite near and numbered sitting. this time round, 198 is like peanuts!

i'm still thinking of which seat to buy and whether it is worth spending THAT much money cos usually even if u're at the front seats, eveyrbody will be standing and u'll be struggling to pop ur head out of the crowd for a glimpse of jay. and being short DOESNT help. lol...

yequ - i'm not sure about crunchyroll cause i watched it on youtube under this person named funkydragonetc .. has the whole 15 episode eng subs .. i was searching for romantic princess actually but since i saw why why love was fully sub, i decided to give it a shot.. the beginning might be stale and boring but as the story goes on, you can't help but get addicted ..!! :brows: personally i think it's way more romantic and sweeter than hana kimi :tongue:

and yes mike he is hot but i agree with lae, he's not photogenic .. he looks way hot on screen :P and i haven't watch devil beside you because i think mike and kingone's hair is much better in wwl .. so yeah, i recommend wwl mainly because of mike he and kingone wang .. hey, it doesn't hurt to have eye candies right? :excited:

i speak hokkien at home mainly and i love to go to penang because everyone basically understands hokkien there :D

my english is ok and stable , so is my malay but i dun really speak malay unless with malay friends or reply in malay.

so far i only speak mandarin with my sister but mix with other language .. and i use mandarin when i speak with chinese friends who are not good with english .. hehe ...

my mandarin is just basic :P .. i can't read or write , can speak basic ..

lae - hmm i dunno will it be hard because i was brought up in this language since i was born but i guess it will be easier than some language because this has no reading and writing, just speaking ..

and it will take some time to learn.. plus i think there are different slang for some.. like in malaysia, the northern and southern hokkien are different ..

example for northern hokkien .. for butt it's " ka chui"

but for southern people it's " ka cheng"

am i right? do correct me if any lepakers know .. i follow penang hokkien though since my parents are from there

Wasila...Jaz is right, at her uni have that type of course and actually private uni always offer that course. So is your brother have O Level, A Level or any related qualification?...If so, I think it will be easier. In Malaysia we have so many courses that people want, don't worry. Maybe the environment is not really the same but I think your brother can adapt with it at last. :-)

But I wanna highlight at here is, both of the uni are private so your brother should pay higher. But the fee is reasonable, don't worry. Wasila...yup, there are different between this two cities. :D I really can't imagine, how can you adapt with the weather at here. KL is hot! But something that can make you feel comfortable is the fact that Msia is an Islamic country so there's no one to ask about why we're wearing hijab and no one can say us 'terrorist'...other than that, I think you maybe take a lot of time to adapt...but don't worry Jaz and me will help you...and maybe Julie too...:-)
