BBT annoys me, because they are just the male version of Hei Sei Hui Mei Mei...

they can't sing, they can't dance and the DEFINATELY cannot host.

which is why i dont get why they can go hold a concert at Taiwan's Xiao Ju Dan, they are no-where near ready to hold a concert there.

anyway. i enjoy watching their show, it's really funny and they always have good guests there. But the thing is, THEY ABSOULETLY CANNOT SING!
Have you heard their song about the summer? i forget what it's called, but it's been airing so much in taiwan. Even after soundmix, their voices still soud horrible.

Some of them are really cute though. like Xiao Yu and Wang Zi.

Personally, I think they're worse than Hei Se Hui Mei Mei, because at least those girls are ditzy to the point that it's pretty funny. These guys are not even funny; they're just plain stupid and talentless, in my opinion.

I am a huge S.H.E fan, so I usually watch all the variety show episodes with them. However, their appearance on Bang Bang Tang was and still is the only variety show episode that I could not/cannot stand to watch.

Hmm, let's just say those pictures were of the artistes making funny faces and facial expression caught at the wrong moment. I do think those are acceptable.

I just took a look at the last few posts at the anti-Angela thread, and i agree with you about the comments about her oily cheeks and all and so i will take them out, those are considered normal pictures.

And if you see any other comments and pictures of such nature, please report them to any Smods and laruku. They will be more than glad to look into them and decide on what to do.

Lastly, i want to say that if you don't like what you are reading here or in any other Anti-X threads, please simply ignore them and don't click on them (i know this may sound stupid here, because you actually need to click on this thread to read what i have posted here). This "Anti" sentiment will happen to any artiste, so i think there is no need to get so worked up just because some people out there don't agree with your opinions.

actually i think looks are really subjective so its kinda difficult to argue on that level. well, jay has his own big share of ugly and embarrassing 'caught at the wrong moment' photos too so laughing at embarrassing pictures is quite a low blow :dry:

i used to like bang bang tang because of their variety show - not their music coz to be honest, like most of you said, they can't sing for nuts. if comparing their album songs and live performances, you can really tell that the voices are studio- tweaked to sound 'smoother'.

dont know why girls support them? its probably because of those funny antics they pull off during their variety shows that is uniquely them. so instead of idols i'd rather say that they are comedians. however after getting more and more famous, with the renovation of the studio - which is getting bigger and more glam, the funny aspect is dropping rapidly.

i used to be able to laugh throughout the 1 hour episode, and now i can't stand 5 minutes of it. they keep using the same jokes such that they are getting old quickly. and they dont have new antics to keep the audience interested. the good jokers in BBT are leaving and pursuing other careers, and the leftovers are basking in the fame so much they forgot how to be funny as their natural selves.

but as a music artiste and celebrity at the peak(?) of their fame, the worst part is definitely copying.

at first they came up with Bang Bang Tang Warriors (that is like copied from the Japanese Johnny Entertainment's group, Kanjani8's Eito Rangers) - ok it is SUPPOSED to be funny and informational and helpful, but sorry, it didn't work too well. i guess its an effect of trying too hard to be funny? :whistle:

like piano_chic mentioned, they were copying Johnny's idols in their music videos. the music is a total rip off from Hey!Say!Jump ( Hey!Say!Jump is this group of 10? cute little kiddies of age 10-15?) and the MV set was a literal copy of NEWS's PV that was released some time before that.

Only girls support them because Taiwan entertainment is BLIND. Wo Ai Hei Se Hui viewers are in majority males, because they're perverts. AND, the majority of Mo Fan Bang Bang Tang viewers are female, because, again, yes, again, yes, they're perverts.

We only watch what is good for our eyes, not for our entertainment. But I actually am a guy and watch the show, why? Because of their dancers. I don't mean to be a sucker, but the breakers (bboys, breakdancers), ao quan, ah wei and xiao jie inspired me to take breakdance lessons actually. It's the only thing that attracts me from the show.

Sorry fans if I decieved you, as much as I love the show for their dancers, I can't stand their songs. I first listened to them and thought they were decent, then when I listen back to Jay and other singers, I'm like: "Wow, what am I doing?"

Xiao T left MFBBT and I respect that. He knows MFBBT is not his future and he will not be big from that show. Instead he'll pursue his studies and his dancing career. Half of the people should do that and just go to school instead of being a full-time bbt.

Sigh, BBT kills so many songs. "Yes!" is horrible. Their entitled album is horrible. There's no singing techniques in it and I know I'm hurting people's feeling right now. I got real life friends that likes their songs too and sings them at KTV. I can't do anything about it, I just listen and yay, it's over. The songs are all about the beat but the singing techniques and the voices are just bad. There's no vocal power in it at all. It's just singing words out without expression and feelings. (I'm no professional myself but hey, compare Jay and BBT... there is a large difference)

I think MFBBT should let the people open their mouthes only if they could sing. And dance if only if they could dance. If it's for entertainment (fun, kuso), I don't mind. But if they're doing something serious, please don't kill it and do it seriously.

Mao Di is still young and has a lot to learn, but he killed a lot of songs and dances before -.-. And yes, my sister and I just saw his performance a while ago, and we were like: "Sigh, why in this world would you dance Show's dance if you were to kill it."

And btw, JALYN:D, you never judge the cover of a book if you never see what's inside. I agree Elmo is horrible on the looks, but he dances well. He's a pimp as well =/

And YES, I hope they will be better than the first one so I'll be satisfied. The first group has 0 people that knows how to sing. Even the "best singer" in the group often goes offkey and doesn't sing that well because he's a rocker and doesn't have any good techniques into pop/ballad singing.

Oh, to add in more, the first group has only 3 decent dancers (they have knowledge from breakdance, sooooo), xiao yu, wei lian and wang zi doesn't count at all.

I always wanted to make a post in this thread but never really got to it. There live "singing" is like the WORST singing I have ever heard, it doesn't even sound like their singing. I hate how people always compare Bang Bang Tang to Fahrenheit. I hate how they say how Wang Zi and Arron look similar when they don't. Dancing dancing dancing thats all what they get praised for but guess what they are labeled as ARTISTS! Dancing is not as important as singing. IDIOTS! Pretty obvious the only reason they are surviving in this industry is because of fan service. If they are so good at dancing maybe they should just stick WITH dancing! They only get their big "WHOO" and "YAY!!" from break dancing and honestly who wouldn't get a big applause when they break dance?

So, yes..SOME of them can dance. That means, they should be creditted as dancers NOT singers/actors/entertainers. Their acting is so..:bigyuck:

i watch 1/2 an episode of Black Sugar Mochiatto to see if it was really as bad as people said it was. and i wasn't disappointed. their acting was bad and raw..actually, there wasnt any acting as all, they were just pretending to be cool and hot looking. Then, Wang Zi's acting in ISWAK2/TKA...that was bad too...

in conclusion, the only thing they can do properly and be 'good' at is dancing. So, they should quit singing and be dancers instead. Or at least take some time and work on their singing and acting in hope for SOME sort of improvement.

I dont wanna sound mean, but if I didnt know what song he was singing in advance, I may never have guessed its cai hong.

What on earth prompted him to perform that song and so horribly off-key????? Every single line was off and when he sang the rousing second chorus, I had to stop myself from laughing too loudly.

But I was reading some of the comments from supporters for the same video in other clips and they actually said he has improved...I have never listened to him sing before and if people are saying he was better than before, than I simply cannot imagine how bad he was in the past then.
