As far as i can see there was no thread concerning Mark Wahlberg, so i decided it would be nice to have one :)
Mark Wahlberg is my fav movie star :yeah: . I think most of you have seen his movie "The Planet of the Apes". But there are many more movies with him worth watching. How about "Fear", "The Big Hit", "The Corruptor", "The Yards","The Perfect Storm", "Three Kings" and of course the movie after which he became famous - "Boogie Nights"? And of course his new movies, such as "The truth about Charlie", "Italian Job".
Some people say that he is not a good actor, but it really is a matter of taste, isn't it? i think he is a very nice actor. When i saw his movie "Fear"(my fav, btw), i really fell in love with this guy, with the way he acts,with the way he looks(of course :) )
"The Big Hit" is really a hilarious one! "Boogie Nights" - no words to describe it, you just have to watch it, but he does look sexy in it :love:
Oh, yeah, forgot to say, before becoming a movie star, he was actually a rap star, he was known as Marky Mark. But i can't find his CD's anywhere, if anybody knows where i can listen to his music, please share this information with me!

He's a pretty good actor, but I didn't realize he was kinda short before I saw him in the movies.

Btw, since you haven't mentioned it, he's Donnie Wahlberg's brother. Remember New Kids On The Block (NKTOB)? They were my childhood heroes. :love: I still have their albums. :blush: Anyways... they were the reason I bought Marky Mark's album then. :rolleyes:

Hey, "Rockstar" is the only movie with him that i haven't watched! He is with Jennifer Aniston there, right? I couldn't find this movie anywhere in Moscow, i may find it here in SHanghai though.

Well, most people's favorite New Kid was either Joe McIntyre or Jordan Knight. Mine too. Both of them, I mean. :love:

Yes, he IS a full-time (whatever that means to "them") actor right now. I mean, that's basically what he's doing right now most of the time. I don't think he's ever recorded an album since the early 90s. After that he used to do some modelling. And now, acting. At least that's what I think... :rolleyes:

Mark Wahlberg! :D I love him at the "The Big Hit" He suited the role very well, a ladies man and an assassin (which is a very weird combination).

He used to be called Marky Mark, right? I don't particularly like his rapping style but his acting is indeed quality, I agree.:D

I really can't say. I like most of them! But I like Reese because she's sweet. Jennifer Aniston is lovely too. And Estella Warren is hot... :rolleyes:

He's the skinny, balding, sick guy. He was the one in the bathroom without his shirt on, if I remember correctly. Apparently, he lost 43 pounds for the movie!
