Awards Ceremony + Highlights
1st ~ 10th August 2007

This concludes the mentors' 1st birthday bash: over the last ten days this forum hosted some of the most challenging and vigorous games the internet has ever seen. All right, I'll admit that comment stretches the truth a little... but it DID stretch our participants creativity and test their endurance.

Players had to create a theme week banner (http://www.jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27007), plan and design the scene (http://www.jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27012) for our party, guess (http://www.jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27093) the mentors who were attending, scramble (http://www.jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?p=780081) through countless threads, capture a 'soul', bring it to the crazy 'master', watch the mentors get drunk on Meer (wait, there's more) and then try to figure out little diagrams (http://www.jay-chou.net/forums/showthread.php?t=27145) they'd scribbled on napkins after they got drunk! (They weren't drunk? Are you sure?!)

'Surely you jest?' you bemuse to yourself, 'Why would anybody put themselves though such an ordeal?'. But they did... and for their super-human efforts, we'd like to reward them with a pretty banner & reputation points (HOHOHO). Here are the results:

Congratulations to our winners, a big thank-you to all the mentors who spared time to plan and host this beautiful bash, and to the wonderful JCNetizens for taking time out to party-hard and make this event so memorable. The party was great and the nice games there! Thanks everyone who involve in the games, if there are no such a people like you guys, our theme week won't be success. And thanks the mentors who organize the games, also those who are busy but still cheering us from somewhere :grouphug: you guys are loved! Especially Pei, for running overall theme week and the idea.

Anyway I need to say sorry for those who aren't satisfied with the games or anything, we are going to do it better in the next time ^^
