Yan-shu Haters Gather Here!

In case you don't know who Yan Shu is, she's a character from the new and popular Taiwanese drama, Huan Huan Ai, or in other words, Why Why Love.

We're not really dissing the ACTRESS (Judy I-dont-care-what-her-last-name-is), we're just mainly bashing the character. Although I must admit that she kinda does suck at acting. She only talks and puts on the same pig-squashed expression. She's probably doing what the director asked her to..anyway, just pointing that out.

WWL fans have been suggesting that we opened a anti-Yan Shu thread...and so I have.

*starts rant* warning, my rant could contain spoilers...COULD...

After watching episode 6 of WWL, I have decided that she is a total witch who cares only about herself. UGH! I HATE THE FACT THAT SHE WANTS HAPPINESS FOR HERSELF ONLY! SHE KEEPS ON WANTING HUO YAN BUT THEN SHE IS ALSO TRYING TO KEEP HUO DA FROM WANTING HER SO THAT SHE KNOWS THAT AT LEAST ONE OF THE HUO BROTHERS WANT HER!

Whew that felt much better.

*rant continues*

AFTER SHE SAW THAT HUO YAN AND HUO DA WANT JIA DI AND NOT HER SQUASHED FACE, SHE DECIDES TO INTERFERE AND RUIN LIVES!

I saw the preview of the next episode (eppi 6) and she told Huo Da that she has been selfish and that he should forgive him or something, i couldn't really understand what the pugface was saying, and then Huo Da was all head over heels over her again. and then she tries to cut Jia Di out of BOTH of the Huo brothers' lives! MAKE UP YOUR MIND WOMAN! SO YOU JUST WANT TO BANG (sorry for the rude language) BOTH HUO YAN AND HUO DA? STOP. BEING. SO. SELFISH. AND ACCEPT THE FACT THAT HUO YAN DOESNT LOVE YOU! AND HUO DA WILL SOON NOTICE HOW EVIL YOU ARE!

wow, that felt real good. and i feel childish and i probably went over the line...cuz Yan Shu is merely a drama series character...oh well, any Yan Shu haters with me?

I REALLY hate how she wants both brothers!!! and for the next episode, she's going to try extra hard to make Jia Di go away...like [Warning Spoilers] getting Huo Da a new tutor so Jia DI wouldnt have to tutor him, and Yan Shu will ride Huo Da's bike and make him fall in love with her again!! I HATE HER!!!!! and I do agree that she has a pugface. :tongue:

do you guys remember the part where she was talking to huo yan and huo da's dad about her relationship with the brothers. what the heck is up with that? she KNOWS herself that she liked huo yan but she's putting on SUCH an act. and then why is she getting so clingy with huo da is just so irrational! she just makes no sense.

but i guess making it a love-square does complicate things so more. so maybe its great that she's in the drama, but her actions are sooo irrational and her talking bothers me (but maybe that's just an actor's fault and i can't blame it on the character haha).

SPOILER: I can't believe she would say that Jia Di used a fake innocent expression so she could make the Huo brothers attracted to her. She's just jealous because Huo Yan likes Jia Di more.

She reminds me of a farmer who just got into a big company, so she thinks she's all that. PFFT.

I hate her too, one of the reasons why I stopped watching = =. It's mostly her character, then it's her ridiculous acting, and HECK WHATS WITH THE EXPRESSIONS SHE PUTS ON HER FACE? :glug:

ANd I thought someone said that there are 10 episodes but I'm not completely sure. But according to Dramawiki, there are 14 episodes, which make sense. We aren't exatly going extremely fast so 14 episodes it is. :-)

And yes, Yan Shu is not pretty AT ALL. I really dont understand why Huo Da likes her either!!! Maybe he needs to get his head checked!!!

I tried to look up info about her but found it hard since her chinese name on drama wiki..i don't think it's really her chinese name. @@

but i dont think she's pure taiwanese. either that or she moved out of the country as a baby and grew up somewhere else. because i saw her with the cast on one of those entertainment news shows promoting the drama and when they were playing games she couldn't really read the questions and all that. and she didn't talk much. one of the hosts mentioned how her chinese isn't very good so yea...

UGHHHHH! After watching episode 7, I have decided that I would very much like to kill Yan Shu DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE! She has NO right talking to Jia Di like that, to fool Huo Da like that and to MANIPULATE HUO YAN LIKE THAT! I've got to admit that I would like Huo Yan to get out of the way of JIa Di and Huo Da's relationship (although he is indeed very charming)OH AND DID I MENTION HOW UGLY SHE LOOKS WITH HER HAIR TIED UP??? haha in episode 7 (of the vcd version! yes i actually managed to watch it) i found it quite funny when huo yan just hangs up on yanshu right when yanshu said "i'm not doing it for huo da, i'm doing it for you" i was like, OUCH sucks to be yanshu right there...

argh i'm so ready to just mute the drama when yanshu's talking. just something about the pause after every small phrase, its starting to bug me.

Why does an actress like her even exist? I mean ... seriously ... can she even act? She talks like she's got something stuffed up here a**.

There is simply no form of emotions and she always sounds so weak. Is this what is required of her character or is she simply like this as a person? She just makes the whole show seem so horrible with her around.

You know what's surprising? Before WWL, this Judy person was in a lot of other Jdramas, so it makes me wonder if she talks like this in Japanese too

and the voice she was talking with...like if she was sick and needs some rest~

From ep 10, it is revealed that yan shu is a Japanese. I don't really hate her. But i do hate her character in the drama.

EH?! How come I never seen her before, I think I read in the why why love thread that she acted in some movie? I don't really hate her but towards the end, I will want to quickly get away and done with her scenes. She speaks so slow....whereas everyone was talking in a speedy way. ><

In the beggining of the drama, i indeed dont like her. But she was better in the end. But the part when she changed her hairstyle like those curly ones, she look like she was ready to have a bird nest on her head... But i guess she's okay..

I think either hairstyle is bad, not sure how old she is but it really looks bad on her. I tend to focus on her lips I realise..looks all puffed and "hotdog"

In any case, I would prefer her hair all bunned up in the later part of the show..

im in the second-to-last episode.
it does feel abit rushed.
everyone was telling me that WWL was really good in the start, but then towards the end, everything was so rushed and everything pretty much went downhill from there. Yahh and it is sorta true. it is rushed.

but anyway. ahah HOT DOG lips? her lips are totally like that.
and her voice. i think she tries to sound all gentle, but it just comes out so sick-ly.
