[IMPT] No more ridiculous profile age/DOB

OK peoples...I didn't want it to come to this to where I actually have to make an announcement about it. But stop making up obviously fake ages/date of births.

When one person puts their age as 80, ok, funny...haha whatever. But then when everyone starts following suit and we have 50, 65, and 4 year olds posting on the forums, it starts to look ridiculous.

And I hate to say it, the main culprits are the more senior members, so stop setting a bad example and having the other members follow!

For one, forums and public socializing outlets have to be COPPA compliant (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998)

IT'S THE LAW in the US (and we're based in the US so it applies to us), and I'm sure other countries have similar regulations. Meaning we have to get parents' permissions for users under 13. However, we have the right to refuse 13 and under members, which we have since I didn't want to deal with the hassle of permission forms. So anyways, I don't want unregistered users browsing our forums and seeing 13 and under users.

For those with fake 50+ ages, well that's just stupid, so cut it out. If we see you with one, an Admin will update your profile and remove the DOB. If this continues to become a problem, we will make your DOB uneditable.

XDDD Ahhhhh oh my god I'm sorry. This was supposed to be a big joke that LQP were doing for our theme week. Which is why all of our genders are also male. ^/)^ I thought it would be a funny joke. Okaayyy then. *goes to change* <3
