This is a korean song titled Because I'm a Girl by KISS.
i Can't find the lyrics (really sorry for that) but the music video is about this guy photographer,J and girl hairstylist who meet as though set together by faith itself. Their love life blooms like a beautiful flower. They were hardly seen without each other. At the race circuit, eateries, photo lab..However, a terrible accident occured in the photographers lab and the girl was blinded. She was then admitted to the ICU in the hospital.
Heartbrokened, J gave up his career and dreams and dissapeared.

A few weeks later, the girl awoke. The doctors slowly took off the bandages covering her eyes adn to her suprise she could see all her family members and friends in front of her. However, J wasn't there. She returned to his lab and found the photograph they took together torn into two. She wept.
J had left because he thought I was blinded. That I was never going to be the pretty girl he used to know. She silently thought as she cried herself to sleep every night.
One day, she went to the race circuit wher she and J used to go as a couple..

When she arrived, she saw a dog guiding his master along the road. His master was blind. His master..was J.
The girl broke down in tears. Unable to see the girl of his dreams live in a world of darkness for the rest of his life, J had made the biggest sacrifice...

On the night of the incident, J had offered to undergo an operation and give his eyes to her. His eyes.
Because he was blind, he could no longer pursue his photography dream and was unable to earn a steady income. Not wanting to burden her, he left in silence after the operation with only one thing is his hand. A photograph of the girl he would do anything for..

Although J may never see his lover ever again, he knew it was worth it..
And that, is one of the saddest movie videos i've watched..

i thought F.i.R's Lydia and Wo Men De Ai (Our love) were both pretty sad songs..the music and the lyrics really touched me. listen carefully..and it gave more meaning than it first did..

The saddest song I ever heard was this song called "Pray" by a boy band called Take That. I think most of the members here are too young to know who they are, but they were a hugely popular and successful band in the 90s. Chances are, if you are in your 20s now like me, you were swooning over them too.

the saddest song that i've heard is by DJ Sammy called "Heaven" (the 9/11 version). when i first heard it, it made me teary-eyed (and still does) because many kids have probably felt the same way as the kid in the song..

There's no one particular song that is the saddest or most emotional to me, but here are a few I can think of:

"window left for you" describes that feeling that even after its over ur still gonna take the chance of not moving on in case that miracle of getting back together happens. "shakespeare's talent" is a sad song about how he didnt have the ability for a happy ending. "can't be your friend" brings about that feeling of rejection either from a best friend that u longed for or how they rather be friends than anything more. all sad songs for those sad days...

I've been listening to Shikao Suga's song "Manatsu no Yoru no Yume" (Midsummer Night Dream) which will be one of the feature songs in Death Note the Movie, you can see the clip on Youtube. It seems like the lyrics are quite sad, about a guy who's only a liar and a dreamer, but the girl pretends to see nothing and keep on with the guy...

omg i dont know if this was mentioned b4 but i think jj lin's hui you na me yi tian is really sad. its about this guy ( i guess jj cause hes singing it?) && hes talking about his grandparents' love. ok. first when his grandparents were young, his grandpa had to go && fight in the WWII. so, the grandpa goes to his wife (the grandma) && kisses her && says

"i have to go, don't cry, don't be sad believe me. please wait for my love because it will never leave you, because there will be a day that we will hold hands && listen to the bird's song && for a voice to say 'i love you'".

&& then it goes to the present age where his grandparents are old. so, his grandma is sick && is lying in her sickbed w/the grandpa holding her hands w/ wet eyes. then the songs goes like the grandma looked into the grandpa's eyes && her eyes started getting watery && then she repeated what her husband (the grandpa) said to her when he was gonna go off to war. OMG i started crying after i heard this song!!! its like those really sweet love stories!!!!!!!!! i recommend it!!

Hmm... Only Human by K and Konayuki by remioromen... (I just realized that both of them are the soundtrack of dorama 1L of tears --> sad dorama)... well, especially konayuki...although at first the song is just so-so... but the more I hear it , the more it gives me a sad feeling...I even dropped my tears when i saw remioromen performed this song...

Yeah I agree. Composers are great at putting the saddest songs at the perfect scenes during dramas, especially idol dramas. Gosh everytime I watch a drama & a song is especially sad, I listen to it for weeks over & over again.
Okay anyway, I always change my saddest songs. LOL but I do actually have a Songs To Hear Occasionally List cos they're too sad, but mostly made up of Jay's songs XD & my newest addition is Chong Lai by Sam Li Sheng Jie :D

i think utada hikaru's dareka no negai ga kanaukoro (when someone makes a wish) is a really sad song, the melody as well as the lyrics. The theme song "Snowflower" from the korean drama I'm Sorry I Love You is really sad too, i was dropping tears when I heard the guy sing it. i__i

Definately Gary Cao Ge - Bei Pan (Betrayal), for he would have to betray himself to let go in order for her to be happy. Sometimes i would cry singing that song. :cry:

Really Sad Songs I could think of right now. Off the top of my head (I'm sure there are more but I can't remember them right now)

Damien Rice's "Sleep, Don't Weep" off his "9" album.

If you are looking to be depressed, I mean REALLY depressed, check out both of Damien Rice's albums. Most of the songs on there are sad+beautiful. Sleep, Don't Weep in particular hits me hard because its just so SAD I mean, just read the title. Whats genius about it is that he keeps a really long silence at the end of the track. If you're really into it, you'd fall asleep right through. And that's what happened to me. Amazing song. Love this artist.

Keane's "We Might As Well Be Strangers" off their "Hopes and Fears" album.

Break-up ballad. Completely mesmerizing. Talks about the memories that linger after a painful break-up. Also assesses how embarassingly trivial the events and feelings that happened during the relationship are. Agh. Sad stuff. Keane is a great band. Get heart-broken all over again with this song.
