Yep the lyrics page that yukiko shared the link earlier helps, but it doesn't give the full list (as written below the title). Only the songs with different lyrics have been posted there.

If you want the full list of the songs, from the opening till the end, maybe I can help you out (since i've got free time now hehe). I'll try my best. If you need it just let me know yeah~~

Well why not going to Discography Page (http://www.jay-chou.net/lyrics_view.php?a_id=5&s_id=10) and check...it has full of list of song and well....er.....it doesnt show the meaning and the lyrics of course,ahehe*smile embarassely*^^".
