Jay ever lip sync during any performances?

Does anybody know if he has before in any performances?? Because I was watching THE ONE concert again, and it seems like in a few songs, his lips don't quite match up with the audio (like in an jing/jiao zi ji). When he sang Jiao Zi Ji (I don't know how to spell it right -_-'), on the third "jiao zi ji" line, his mouth moves to sing it but no sound comes out while the music's still playing. And it seemed like there was a P or B sound in there even though its JJiao ZZi JJi 'cause his lips touched. Ehhh, anybody know if he has for ANY performances (not just the ones i mentioned)? Thankss.

if you listen to zhao zi ji (yes, haha, you spelled it wrongly in pinyin) in the one live concert CD, i think its pretty much live. AND...theres reports on him lip syncing in the one concert but jay denied anyway, saying that its his backup singer who sounded very much like him thus making him seem to be lip syncing.

and i think jay personally makes it a point to sing live, hence you'll find him singing out of tune for some performance.

So far I haven't watched any performance where jay lip-sync. May it be his concert, variety shows or whatnot.

Yea, and when you listen to his concerts, he always forgets the lyrics/ gets the lyrics wrong. Like when he sang Long Juan Feng at his Incomparable concert, he forgot the lyrics at the last part and asked his fans to sing for him = /

yeah....ive only seen the incomparable concert and sings the songs differently from the cd version so i dont think he lip synced there
as for the one concert, havent seen it so cant really judge....BUt....sometimes when people record stuff the audio may be a bit behind whats actually happening..some time lapse...so mayb tats the case?

Hmm interesting topic... Nope, I don't think jay would lip-sync his way through concerts. Coz like charmian said, his backup vocals really sound very much like him (at the end of the incomparable concert, listen closely to the backups... really sound similar to Jay's)

Yup, he modified the lyrics coz he forgot some of them. I think Jie Kou is one of the songs he "modified" if i'm not mistaken (during the Incomparable concert). So I don't think Jay ever lip-sync before...

i believe he doesn't lip sync in every perfomance.
i've beento his concert and he sang very well. when he sang Tui Huo,he forgot some lyrics.. and his face was covered with embarased smile.

Personally i think it would be very hard for him to even want to lip sync as he always forgets the lyrics to his songs at his concerts. In fact, he is always making up lyrics on the spot so i think he sings 100% live.

As for the off-tune bits, I think he is one singer that can sing live very well. I've watched him in all the concerts in Singapore. Other than the recent one on Friday when he sounded slightly off in the opening number, I think he is right on pitch, tune and beat, which is why I like him so much. Because he can sing live.

Because he accidentally sang wrongly during Malaysia's concert 2008...
So this shows that he doenst....

I'm sure that he even sang live in the Singapur concert this year even though he was sick....

and I've subbed the "The One" Concert from him... he definitely didn't lip sync in it ;) I've watched it about a thousand times already v^^

He did lip-sync in the CNY countdown this year, but everyone had to--even Fei Yu Qing.

At every other performance, though, that's him singing. If you hear singing when his lips aren't moving, it's just the back-up singers. They do sound a lot like him, and I think they chose them that way, since Jay does his own back-up singing in the albums and this way it sounds more like the album, even though Jay can't be his own back-up singer live.
