chose Love Before AD, since the last two are such sad sad songs :( and coral sea has lara in it, so its not completely jay's o_O but cant turn down an educational song that still sounds good!

Love Before AD is my favourite Jay song period, so undoubtedly I'm going to vote for it, I expect Silence or Cannot Open Mouth to take this though since those are the standard favourites.

aiya a difficult poll, i ended up going for coral sea in the end which i dont even know if that should be my final vote but oh well i had to choose something, it was hard, really

This was really difficult to choose. I <3 Shan Hu Hai to death and the rhythm of Kai Bu Liao Kou is just pure sarang.

But An Jing is a classic and will always be number one on my list of Jay songs. Plus if it wasn't for that song Silence Alliance wouldn't have ever been established. Lol that seems like such a lame excuse to vote for that song :tongue:

this WAS an incredibly difficult choice. some jay chou classics all packed up in one category. So it was down to can't speak and silence for me. I know they're sad but the way jay composed it was just trendsetting. And silence is definitely more enjoyable for me, but can't speak is also great, reminds me of the time I couldn't stop listening to it like six years ago.

To me Coral Sea is one of his best songs...I really like this one...but again I haven't heard all his old songs so I don't know how good are the other ones but hey I heard Silence and is really good.

At last I choose An Jing, coz the song has some special connection in my life... First I thought of choosing Shan Hu Hai (Jay's strong vocals and emotion just melts my heart lolz... :wink2: ), but then I stick to An Jing 8-)

It's mellow as mellow can be. Silence may be too soporific for some, but for me it's a simple yet powerful mixture of poignancy and remorseful melancholy, like a sad, beautiful poetry. :love:

These last polls are all so hard! It was hard to choose between Love Before AD and Can't Speak, but I chose Can't Speak in the end because I'm in the mood for that song now. It was one of my very first Jay songs as well, alongside Sorry.

Definitely voted for Can't Speak

This song always give me goosebump everytime i hear it. It does have a soul in it. Not rarely my tears fell down while hearing this song. Not to mention the mini movie comes with it...gosh, heartwrenching..

Hmmm.... I have to discard Love before BC. Usually, the 'Jay-style' songs get to me but this time, I've to choose Silence. I really think that it is one of the best ballads that Jay had created. It is up there along with Black HUmor for me..
