I hate the girls on MTV's "My Super Sweet 16".

I don't know if it's just me or what, but I cannot stand the prissy, little, spoiled girls on that show. For goodness sake, they are only turning 16, meaning most of the girls on the show are 15 beforehand.

At 15, is it really neccesary to have a 300,000 (or more) thousand dollar birthday party? I especially can't stand it when they say things like "hah..girls wish they could be me, their all going to be so jealous!". I'm pretty sure about 80% of the episodes have a quote similar to that one.

And why do they even bother trying to act 'suprised' when they see their gift? Obviously their going to get a car, every episode (from the ones I've seen), they've recieved a car. In one, a girl managed to get 2; to use for "different occasions" ..because that's really neccesary and all right?

That's just my opinion. I'll admit this show is a guilty pleasure of mine, even though it annoys the heck out of me, I still watch it.

aw cmon u cant blame them. u kno if u were born spoiled u would want nothing less. i still hate them because they have so much money, but its not their fault they are spoiled little brats.

Hey I hate it too...that tv show sucks, it's so superficial and vain...those girls only care about the beutiful and expensive (really expensive) dress, the perfect hair, the big party...the party has to be the most amazing party ever...I know that sweet sixteen is a very wonderful date cuz you're 16 and it's great but why do you have to make a big deal out of it?? Those are just spoiled girls, daddy' lil girls whi think that they can buy happiness with money...I agree with HAMA25 this show is a waste of time...it's the same thing to Laguna Beach.

omg...this show pisses me off everytime i see it..yet i still watch it from time to time because i want to see how the party turns out..cause usually theres drama involved.haha i love drama.i hate it that they get everything they want..and when one small mistake happens they throw a tantrum..its sooo stupid..and there was this one girl on the show that went to her friends "black and white" party dressed up as a french maid..and when he dad gave her 100 bucks to give to her friend..she took out forty for herself..i was like wth...you don't have enough money or something!?!? geez..those girls are really just too much.

Ah I agree 100% with the Laguna Beach part. That show is almost just as bad as My Super Sweet 16. It's like the "cool" show for girls to watch at my school. yuck. Personally, I think it's one of the most pointless shows ever.

If I had money...I would probable hav a party that big... but it would be ALL thanks to my parents... the spent money is not a problem... their parents earned it and its their choice on how to spend it... but the children just think is their money by right....sooo pissed me off cuz all the times I had watched it...they got angry with their parents!!!!!

omg, i watched this show last year in my dorm. all i can say is 'how spoil can you get'. this is the kind of show that tells you that you cant have everything u want because these 16 years olds have them all. then there's the part where they give out their 'special invitations' and theres the drama if someone they hate came uninvited to their party. i really hate it when they try to use the show as their promotion as becoming a "singer" like they dont get enough.:dry: they already got to be on tv and celebrate their birthday

yeah , i watched this show a couple of times .. the girls are so freaking bratty.. they want this and that and the worse part is the parents give in to their demand.. sometimes the parents says the car is too expensive but in the end , they bought it anyways for their precious daughter

init.. the show makes me cringe.. the girls buy the most hideous loooking dresses and say that they are 'gorgeous' .. i mean is your mirror cracked or something? and the party isn't all that.. i mean i had a better party and it wasn't even at a house or anything.. it was in a restaurant and we all dressed up to look as if we were in the 80s... and that was for my 16th and no turning 16th is no difference in turning 30.. it's when you're 18 or 21.. that's when the REAL parties begin ;)

and as for their gifts.. well.. do they even know how to drive??? oh and the thing that makes me laugh is their entrance to teh whole party.. HAHAA hilarious! i was watching one with this boy and he wanted lions to escort him in... haaaa.. but instead he was taken in by a camel LOL.. what a joke..
