It is all in good fun, if you cannot take it (whether you're a Jolin fan, or feel disgusted at the mudslinging in Jolin's direction), then simply don't read this thread.

The regular people who post in this thread don't care, it's been posted a million times before. Again if you can't take it, go somewhere else. People are free to express their opinions. If you love Jolin, then there is a Jolin fan thread in this forum as well.

Jolin Tsai Apologizes for Refusing to Sing with Fans

Taiwan pop queen Jolin Tsai recently apologized through her agent for refusing to sing with fans in a TV show organised by China's Central Television Station, CCTV.

During the recording of the show on April 30, Jolin Tsai was supposed to sing three songs, including "Today You Will Marry Me", which she had performed with Taiwan singer David Tao at the 2007 CCTV Spring Festival Gala.

Jolin Tsai was asked by the director to sing with a fan picked from the audience, but she refused to do so, saying it was not written in her contract.

Enraged by her attitude, Director Sun Bin launched a fierce quarrel with the assistant of the star. The recording was stalled for several minutes.

Finally, the star agreed to sing with three "fans": one from the audience, the other two being staff working for her company.

It is reported that Jolin Tsai was the only one who hadn't shown up during a previous rehearsal of the show, to which big stars Aaron Kwok, Emil Chau and Jasmine Leung were also invited.

A representative of Jolin's company, Electrical and Music Industries (EMI), said the incident was caused by a misunderstanding between the two sides.

I have seen this happen on Xiao Zhu's entertainment show. A fan was picked to sing "Say I Love You" with Jolin and Jolin didn't even bother to look at her fan. She didn't even say anything or make any gestures to her fan afterwards either. But, Xiao S praised him and said he sang well. I used to be a diehard fan of Jolin. She's getting old and wrinkly; plus, I'm getting sick of her princess attitude when she's practically 30.

Also, it's so silly when celebrities refuse to sing to fans or sign autographs. Hello! Fans are the only reason why Jolin can swan around in ugly outfits. Or else she's probably work at an office doing something really boring.

Sadly, I have to admit that I like her look and outfit in the first picture in chu_bear's post. The dress is kind of avant garde, and her hair looks cool. I wouldn't mind looking like that, haha.

Working Girl with jolin tsai and aln/show luo in it and it was just hilarious...she looked so ugly and different form now that i couldnt wtach...she seriously looked hideous before her surgery....
i know this is to diss her face but i really have to diss her 'career'...jolin tsai first entered the entertainment doing ok..medicore....but hen she leeched on to jay chou...trying to imitate someof his music style along with ayumi's...then when jay and jolin was no more...the worst thing happened...she learned how to dance?!....so now she has something to cling onto..her 'danicng' abilities...she should let dancers be dancers instead of her..being an imitation try hard...the only reason she has made it to the asian music industry is with leeching, imitating, medicore dancing and sining skills...how do i know she cant sing...how many comments on youtube says..she sings great or shes a great singer you dont see thse comments because she uses her 'danicng' abilites to try and sell sex..
she definitely has had platic surgery..breast augmentation her chect was flatter than a pancake and suddenly she says she has silicone bra..hmm...they would most likely fall out in a dance routine....she also has had check impalnts where you take fat/muscle out of the area near your mouth to put on your ...to get a thinner face

I don't know how come some people say that Jolin is pretty? Err... I've seen both good and bad pics of her... and honestly, not even makeup can make her look better. Actually her old pics (before getting the "slutty" look) looks slightly better. And I don't really care if she's pretty or ugly but it's just annoying when somebody just thinks too much of herself. She thinks she's "sexy", but too much make up + fake out-of-proportion breasts + extremely skinny + who knows what else (cosmetic surgery maybe?) just make me wanna throw up.

I've read some previous posts and some people said she kinda resembles Amy Winehouse. Well... I'm not really sure about that... at least Amy Winehouse can sing... can Jolin too? really?

All I can say is that all these years, despite my criticism toward Jolin, she has been able to entertain the audience with her bad singing and mediocre dancing skills and showing of her "awesome" body. I give her credit for that.

And one more thing, she's such a copycat. It's irritating... I think just the way she depicts her image makes me to dislike her. She always looked fake to me.

Her smile in this one looks so bad! These shots from above make her look fat in an evil chipmunk kind of way, and they show just how little that pad absorbs her you-know-what. :shy: Her face looks weird. It looks almost wrinkly.

Overall, she should tone down the make-up and wear a real dress. (Although it won't help her sing, at least she'd look better.) I'm not sure what this thing is, except for a ruffly pad. It makes her look like some creature from a sci-fi show.
