I know some JCNetters out there are itching to bet on something, so here ya go! As you know we're in the process of crowning the ultimate, beloved Jay song. I'm not gonna make you bet on the winning song bc I don't want to write out 70+ options.
Remember only ONE song wins, which album do you think it will come from?
You can bet on MULTIPLE options, but the maximum bet for EACH option is 200 points. That means you can bet 200 points on Fantasy, and 200 points on 8 Dimensions, etc.
But you cannot come back and bet 200 points again on Fantasy (= 400 points total which is over the max allowed for one bet)
If anyone bets more than this, I am removing your bet and NOT refunding your points for not following instructions. There is no minimum.
Still don't understand? Here's an example:
Billy wants to bet on Still Fantasy - so he puts 50 points down
Billy comes back the next day and decides he's feeling lucky, so puts another 30 points down on Still Fantasy (80 points total on Still Fantasy now.)
Three days later, he's got a few extra points laying around, so he decides maybe 8 Dimensions will win, so he puts a whopping 200 points on 8D.
So far he has 280 points staked in the whole thing.
He can no longer place any more bets on 8 Dimensions because he has the max of 200 points on it.
But he's feeling adventurous, so Billy decides one last bet. He puts 50 points on Fearless. In total he has 330 points on the betting table.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Explanation of odds:
Ex. 1 If an album is 2:1, it means you bet 100, you win 200 points if your album wins
Ex. 2 If an album is 3:1, it means you bet 100, you win 300 points if your album wins
Plus you get the amount you bet back if you win (for the winning album only)
So in Ex. 1, you would get back 300 points total.
Basically, the long shots have higher odds, so you win more. For example, I'm the bookie and I don't think Fearless will win, so I set the odds to 20:1. Anyone daring enough can bet 200 points on it and win 4,000 points if this album wins.

Betting for this is now open. Ask questions before you bet or you may waste your points.
