Members can't make polls?

hi, i just want to noe if members can create polls in the topic that they make.

You can make polls at the Playground sub-forum, Polls! Polls! Polls! Otherwise, I don't think you could create a poll anywhere else unless you are an admin or mod.

I think anyone can create a thread with a poll just anywhere, you just have to make sure the "post a poll" box ticked before you submit your new thread.

hey, actually, i was wondering HOW to actually make a poll.
i know you have to tick a box and stuff but what do u do next?
how do you put the poll options and everything?
