Nishikido Ryou

Does any one know this wonderful actor/singer by the name of Nishikido Ryou? For all you J-drama Fans, you'll probably notice him as the guy, Asou Haruto, from 1 Litre of Tears. Well, that's what I know him as. :happy: He was fantastic as Asou-kun and made the show even more memorable.

I don't know how much you know abt ryo, but he's in 2 boybands: NewS (which is set to come back this yr after a 1 yr "reflection period") and Kanjani8 (8 being the infinity sign).

i've watched a couple of his dramas such as 1 litre no namida, attention please, and ganbatte ikimasshoi and although his acting has always been quite realistic and adorable, i really think he needs to a) focus on acting and b) be a little wiser when it comes to choosing roles.

i mean why does he always have to be the shy guy who happens to be secretly in love with the female lead but eventually ends up with nothing? :dry:

Hehehe. I love Ryo. My friends and I all watched One Litre this summer. It was soooo good. His singing is pretty amazing. Do you guys like him better in Kanjani8 or NewS? (I think he's better in NewS but I heard that he doesn't get along with the band members well.. :?)

i just finished watching 1 Litre of Tears. *cries* wah so saddd. but it totally changed my opinion of Ryo. He was great as Aso-kun. I find him a bit arrogant watching shows, like when he picks on Ueda from Kat-tun. i love Ueda. haha. but i will look for more dramas that has Ryo. lol

I only know him from NewS and "Last Friends." His acting in "Last Friends" was not as good as I had expected, but I thought it was good that he tried out a new role. (DV=Scary. O_O)
