You don't have to register, if you are a member of the forums, it should auto log you in.

After playing with this some, I really liked the old irc one. Too bad I can't set it up again.
Yeah.. the old one was more fun.. but it takes too much effort to maintain. And you really need someone to maintain it all the time!

There’re so many members online but non of them is in the chat room . The mods and admins should start figuring out the problems, whether it’s because of the lack of interesting topics going on there or perhaps only a few of them know about the existence of the chat room . :rolleyes:

We seriously need to have some activities involving the use of the chatroom. Otherwise, the chatroom is basically deserted at all time! We should have a debate on something or a meeting of a social group, etc.

I actually like the fact that if you have your speakers on you can hear when someone comes in.

But I find it quite akward talking to one person. Especially when it's someone you've never seen around the forums before.

hey Pao-Pao, you dont have to be a Registered User+ in order to use the chat, you just need to register first. Click HERE (http://chat.jay-chou.net/), and then click "Register." After you finish the process, then you can sign in.

I decided to stick with the flash chat, and it's now integrated with the forums. So you shouldn't have to log in if you're logged into the forums.

If you have to manually log in, use your forum username/password.

A listing of ppl currently chatting also shows up at the bottom of the forum under "Who's Online"

And the URL changed to : http://www.jay-chou.net/chat or http://www.jay-chou.net/forums/chat.php
