Jay’s new songs aired for the first time on two radio stations

周杰倫為電影「尋找周杰倫」量身打造的電影主題曲「軌跡」及插曲「斷了的弦」，昨（七）日分別 在 Hit Fm聯播網與中廣音樂網進行首播。唱片公司表示，為安排周杰倫的新歌首播花了不少時間與各電台協調，因為大 家都搶著要，對於兩大電台能為了周杰倫進行協商一起合作，唱片公司很感動，更可見音樂可以破除 門戶之見。
Jay tailor-made the themesong “Track” and the sub-themesong “Broken String” for the movie, “Hidden Track”. Yesterday (the 7th), they were first aired on Hit FM net radio and Wave Radio. The record company expressed that in order to arrange for the initial broadcast of Jay’s new songs, they’ve spent quite some time co-ordinating with various radio stations. Since everyone was fighting over the chance to air the new songs, the recording company was very touched that the two big radio stations agreed to collaborate on behalf of Jay. And one can see that music has the ability to break down the barriers (of competing radio stations).
由 Hit Fm聯播網首播的歌曲「軌跡」是周杰倫為電影量身打造的主題曲，周杰倫在歌曲創作上一改他擅長的 R&B曲風，嘗試英式抒情滾，周杰倫表示：「配合電影情節，這首歌曲想表達的是戀人分手後，依循過去的痕跡找尋 想念的身影，在忘記之前，直到看不見…」這也是周董繼「開不了口」後，自認為自己寫過最讓人感動的一首歌， 編曲方面還特別請老師遠赴北京搭配弦樂編曲，創造出磅礡氣勢。而 Wave Radio首播的電影插曲「斷了的弦」則走清新小

The song that was aired on Hit Fm was the tailor-made themesong by Jay titled “Track”. For the music, Jay deviated from his usual R&B style in composing and tried the western soft rock style instead. Jay expressed, “It matches with the plot of the movie. This song wants to express the aftermath of the break-up of a couple, following the traces of the past to search for the silhouette that one’s thinking of, before one forgets, until it can no longer be seen…” Also, after the song “Can’t Open Mouth”, this is a song that Jay felt is the most touching song he has written for himself. As for the music arrangement, a “teacher” (Jay usually calls his musical collaborators teachers) was specially invited to take a long travel to Beijing to add in the stringed instrumentals for the song, thus creating a fuller sound. The song aired on Wave Radio was the sub-themesong, “Broken String”, which is a fresh simple piece in terms of musical style (a bit rare for Jay). It matches with the development of the movie plot, clearing stating that losing the feeling of loving and being loved is just like a broken string.
由於此次創作的兩首歌都以男女情愛為出發點，不禁讓人懷疑，周董寫歌的靈感哪裡來？周董表示，這次寫歌的故 事是根據電影劇情而來的，至於自己的生活，到農曆過年前可能都要因忙工作行程還沒有機會與家人團聚，哪有時 間談戀愛？
Since the two songs that were composed this time were both sprung from the romantic love between men and women, people couldn’t help but wonder, where does President Chou get his inspiration for writing songs? President Chou expressed that for the songwriting this time, the story is based on the plot of the movie. As for his own life, up till the Chinese New Year, it’s likely that he won’t have much of a chance to gather with family because of his busy work schedule. How would he find time to be in a romantic relationship?

After his last album's surprising title using his mom's name "Ye Hui Mei", this time Jay's EP once again has stumped people. The weird codes "vmp65135.ru,6xjp6" would be included on the EP cover and inside the booklet. Jay was very excited and said, "Don't know if everyone will be able to see? When inputed in the computer, the words derived from these weird codes will be - Searching for Jay (Chinese title of the movie)".

「空中飛人」周董明(9)日將出席電影在香港的首映會，11月18日回台參加台灣地區的首映會，接下來還要 到內地、新、馬等地，為自己所代言的飲料及服飾進行見面會，最新專輯恐怕要等到明年暑假才有可 能問世。
"Flying Man" President Chou will be attending the movie premiere in Hong Kong tomorrow (the 9th). On November 18th, he will return to Taiwan to attend the movie premiere there. After that, he still has to go to China, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. to attend the meet & greet sessions of the drinks and clothing labels that he's a spokesman for. The next album will probably have to wait till next summer to be released.
