Icetears, :console: we don't have to retake unless the test paper leak out. I once failed my AMaths as well, the time given is just way too short, but luckily nowadays we are allowed to bring along our calculator, it's more timesaving.

Anyway! I finally found a tuisyen centre that gave us tuisyen for form 4!!! I wanted to learn add maths and this is the oppurnity! WuhoO!

Owh! Today I'm so tired! Just came back from Tanjung Sepat. Anyone know that freaking place.
First, we ate "Bak Kut Teh".. i'm just Malaysian know this. and later one we went to the PIG farm, omg! it is so smelly inside there. Lucky we have ate Bak Kut Teh before we we visit the pig farm, if not I will guarantee not to eat bak kut teh.
Em ya, there is a small perfomance, the pig guard show how good are they in catching small pig lol. He catch the pig one by one and all the pig just run here and there. Funny =)
~~and so on, I bought some snacks and long gan for my parents!~ and now i'm back with a bad dream of PIG farm =.=''..

shinjay: As I've checked from Wikipedia, the British O Level (Ordinary Level) is the equivalent to Malaysia's SPM, though most Malaysians take it at 17 while we take the O Level at 16. I didn't know that we must take more than 10 subjects for the SPM. That's gonna kill me... :wacko: For our O Level, the maximum number of subjects we can offer is 10.

Whereas for SPTM, I think it should be equivalent to the British A Level (Advanced Level), though the A Level is much easier.

spax, oh thanks! A level should be harder, STPM should be harder then SPM. Yeap you can take more then 10 subject, it's your choice. If you feel like breaking the Malaysia record, take more then 17 subject, I had forgetten the SPM record.

I'm not that good in science subjects but hey, I love A Maths too!! I used to hate it but the A Maths that I took during the O Level was quite manageable for me. You know, I used to fail my A Maths everytime.. :oops:

Sure, spax :wink2: EST = English for Science and Technology. A relatively new subject implemented by the Ministry of Education. It's practically similar to English.

I've been overseas, dreamer, to scores of places: Hong Kong, Korea, Melbourne, Gold Coast, China, Taiwan ... every year since 5 years old I guess. But I've yet to holiday in Europe. I want to go Europe too. Love their old buildings. Venice, Milan, Florence.

I remember I sat on a toy aeroplane and it swung round and round and round until I was really dizzy, and I screamed at the top of my voice. Hahahahaha.

But the best was in Brisbane. I went to Dream World, Movie World, and Sea World. I will never forget those roller coaster rides. They were great!!~

They made us study EST, because science subjects in my year was taught in
Malay, and they don't want us to be left out with the batch that learns science subjects in English. My batch is the last one there is, all other students are learning in English now. I've always said I thought it was ridiculous to made Malaysian students study in Malay, especially in science, because in institutes of higher learning everything is in english, the reference books are mostly in english, or the good ones mostly are, and futhermore english is the language of today's world.. Sigh...

Weak though my knowledge in Geography is, I do know that the HK disneyland is not in Macau, but it is very near... just a boat ride away. My mum is planning for us to go there on the 3rd of January, which is a Wednesday & the first day of school for primary & secondary students, so hopefully the crowds there would have dwindled.

Although we got lots of money as the change rate is RM 1 = RP 2500. But the price for the shorts and pants is the same with Malaysia, so no big deal I can buy it at Malaysia too haha. I bought something at the Toba Lake.

I went to MidValley Megamall today and bought my first contact lenses. I think the person cheated me because I look a school girl and all that and I was alone. I got 6 monthly pairs of contact lenses + 3 bottles of solution (2 big 1 small) + casing + lenses bag for RM149.90.

It took ages for me to first put those lenses into my eyes and when they got in i was ECSTATIC. Then after one hour (spent reading in MPH) I went back to the shop and the guy taught me how to remove the contacts.

I love my face without the spectacles.

Today I went out to One Utama with some friends and watched Cinta. It wasn't exactly my choice, but akane_chou (Alicia) (from Taman Sea) wanted to watch and since we're close friends and all that so I said I'll accompany her... and then we met up with my school friends (DJ) and went shopping and I bought prom shoes, then we went to this shop called Colours and they made me modal dresses after dresses, said I have the :rolleyes: and then said that I should :sweat:

Anyway, back to the point. I did not find Cinta very sentimental, alicia supposed it was and she actually brought along a packet of tissue (which we used only after lunch). There were a few sad, sad moments, a few really romantic ones, a few where u see t wo love-struck people gazing at each other in a perverted way ... in short, it is a slow-moving show that gets really predictable after you get the general background.

5 love stories inter-related in some way or other. It's a concept which is acceptable, but I've never seen it work great. I mean, all the great box-office hits are single story-lined. No doubt it is something different, but, not really public interest. Maybe because Cinta has been running a while, but the cinema I was in (TGV) was only a quarter filled.

But on the other hand, Malaysian cinematography was better than I thought is was. It's certainly improved, I can say that for sure. But it's still had a long long way to go. Go Go Jia You!!

why? IT is rated internationally as the no.1 stressful job. and IT is so..... common. u'l only achieve good status if u got MCSD [*Microsoft Certified System Developer], or ACSE [*Apple Certified System Engineer].

Basically Computer Organization teaches u assembly language, I/O modules, and processor instructions, also not to forget about K-Map. Pif!!!
