My iTunes Won't Load My Videos!

Hi all! I recently purchased an iPod Video and I've been trying to get the Videos to work but I can't load the videos on iTunes let alone put them on my iPod.

Anyone care to help?

the files need to be mp4 or h.264. you need to convert them.

can ur itunes on your computer work with other files?
if it works then maybe the videos are in the wrong format
