Which Albums of Jay's is your LEAST FAVORITE n WHY?"...

Yea...since there are just so0o0o many polls of what DO u like bouts Jay's songs or albums, i was wonderin if there is one Album that u guys DONT like OR that is ur LEAST FAVORITE......
this was started...only cuz ive seen that almost the majority of the people here DONT like the albums November's Chopin n QLX...n its just weird to me..cuz i love them both just as much as all of Jay's album..so yea...vote for which one u dont really like or least favorite..n give a reason why...cuz i REALLY wanna know why most peoples dont like NC and QLX...or...other Jay's albums as well...
and as for myself, personally...I would choose the 8 Dimensions Album..only because this is the album that has songs that i dont listen to as often as the others in his other albums..but seriously..i love all of Jay's album..just that if i hafta choose it would be this one..based on the many times that ive listened to the songs...

i totally agree with ur choice. honestly i only picked the 8 dimensions album because that was the first album i listened to and i probably listened to those songs repeatedly to the point that i got sick of it.

i voted november's chopin...hmm cos i reali had high expectation for dis album but wen its out..it reali turn me down..though d songs r nice..but its jz very normal..no power....my fav album is d 8 demension n i jz dun understan y so many pple dun like it...c'mon..its jz great man..

im the only one who chose qi li xiang so far....but personally, i only really like two songs in the whole album, which by far is really little compared to the others...but thats just my opinion :shy:

to be honest , all of his album is nice if you listen to it . just that which one is BETTER and which one is not . my fav is fantasy . NC not bad too . oni dont really like 8 dimension cause the songs sound so dead . but i like fenlie and an hao tho

i guess my least favourite album is 'ye hui mei'. i like 2 or 3 songs in that album only while others more.

i don't think there's any album of jay that i don't like, but so far, i like the first album least. not that it's bad, but i only like a few songs in the album, like hei se you mo and long juan feng. the rest don't really appeal to me somehow.

hmm... the album i like least... had a hard time choosing... it was down to 8 dimensions and jay's album... i chose 8 dimensions... i just feel that it lacks his style of music there...

Ok, May I suggest that everyone listen to the songs very closely in the albums. I used to hate qi li xiang but after I listened to it closely, I mean every song, I really liked it. I don't like November's Chopin because it has such a cool name but the songs are just not so good. I mean, I didn't like si mian chu ge after listening to it for like an hour.

okay...some of you made a GREAT point..that its really not that u DONT like the albums..but that its ur least favorite..which is what IM tryin to say..haha..i Dont dont like any of his albums..just least favorite for some..so yea..ima change the title to LEAST FAVORITE..it just doesnt sound right for it to be "DONT LIKE..."

hMm... i didn't really like Ye Hui Mei.. Coz it didn't really leave a huge impression in my mind.. i can't even remember what songs were in that album.. My favourite's Fantasy, November's Chopin, and Still Fantasy though..

I chose November Chopin because I guess I got tired of all the songs. Whil waiting for Still Fantasy to come out, I listened to November Chopin so much that all of the songs got boring and dead.

For me it's Nov. Chopin. The songs in this album is quite "common" compared to the previous albums that he made (we all know that all of jay's music are diao, it's just a comparison though).
My fave albums of his are YHM and fantasy... definitely classics! :thumbsup:

i personally didnt really like QLX because the songs werent very special. they were pretty bland to me. but some like Yuan You Hui, Zhi Zhan Zhi Shang and Luan Wu Chun Qiu were very good. the rest were ok.

the one i dislike most is Jay Album.
THat one, no offense, but is pretty bad. i guess that is a goode thing too because that means Jay has improved ALOT!
Jay Album's songs are just... nevermind... lol

My choice would be his first album coz only ke ai nu ren that catchy enough to hear and the others doesnt have that jay's feeling but fantasy was great...

I don't like the Ye Hui Mei album because the second song sounds like a Linkin Park song and I was so scared that Jay was going to change his style, but thank goodness, he came up with Qi Li Xiang which is my 2nd favorite album next to 8 Dimension

I agree!! All his other albums are nice.
His first album is not bad, but I don't listen to it as often as his other albums. Maybe that is because I only became a fan when I started listening to 'Qi Li Shiang'.

Conclusion: His first album is nice but I don't spend too much time listening to the songs in the album.

I think jay first album is the album i like least...There's some songs that sounds really weird to me... I think i only listen to 2 or 3 songs in the album...

I would say November's Chopin. My expectations was really high for that album.. there are a couple of good songs in the album.. but still, a little disappointing for me. especially songs like Lan Se Feng Bao (blue thunderstorm)

however, i think having a duet in that album was a breakthrough! :-)

the first album is one of the best, I feel. but the majority chose it.. I would say that his recent albums have not surpassed past standards.. though there are still some nice hit songs here and there..

I think November's chopin is Jay's big achieve, big success! I myself don't like his next album : still fantasy. I think it didn't come up to my expectation !

I Think Ye Hui Mei, for me the songs is standard and there's haven't surprised about this album....

Still Fantasy definitely. Not that I don't like it, just that I like it the least. And uh, if you were to add the latest On The Run to the list then that beats everything else hands down.

Jay Debut is the weak link for me. of course, this is understandable, since Jay was inexperienced back then and very shy to experiment. most songs were very relaxing, classic R&B, classic Jay, with the exception of a couple like Indian turtledove (srry but WTF were u thinking Jay?!) and Perfection (totally weird), but lots of songs had the same feel.
i personally like his newer songs better than his older songs because half is like his signature styles, while the other is experimental and creative
