[Question] Is it alright to upload jay full albums

I searched already and couldnt find. i was just wondering would it be alright if i uploaded the full album of Still fantasy, which i couldnt find, onto the forums?

And no, Jay albums should never be uploaded in CD quality MP3 format ever.
