The month and a half long revamp of JCNet is coming to a close. It is Sept. 4-5 depending where you are now, either way Jay's 7th album has been released.

And if it were a twist of fate, we have reached JCNet version 7 as well (jcnet history (http://jay-chou.net/about_us.php)), featuring the Still Fantasy theme. Which is subject to change once more scans come out as I find the maroon image of Jay a bit overwhelming, but it'll do for now.

If you're wanting to use the November Chopin theme, you will be able to change to it by the end of the week. It is just tradition that we all use the new theme when an album comes out for a week long "celebration"

Also thanks to everyone involved for the revamp, we have gotten so much done this past month.

- Jay's biography (http://www.jay-chou.net/biography.php) is updated (thanks to stitchphil),
- The lyrics (http://www.jay-chou.net/lyrics.php) are update too minus the SF lyrics (thanks to scarletwillow and macdawn),
- We have new tutorials (thanks to JianDan[Ai] and kahel)
- The new newbies forum is a success thanks to ColaPop and the other mentors
...to name a few

On top of that we have almost a dozen new forums, new moderators, all in all a new JCNet. Even with all the stuff going on and all the new members, we've managed to keep any grass fires from breaking out (has our reputation spread that much?)

Anyways there is still more to come, I haven't forgotten about the JCNetizen test for those anxious to become a naturalized citizen of our community. The social groups are all undergoing some major recruiting in the coming months, (winter games maybe? ). Reminder you need to be a JCNetizen to be accepted into a social group.

There still a lot more that needs to be updated, the final structure of the forums isn't complete yet as I feel there's something off with them.

But anyways, share your thoughts, recommendations, or anything else you feel concerning the recent updates.

I just wanna say a VERY BIG THANK YOU to Karen and all the mods who have made this forum a success and still going on so well ... this has about to be the best forum that I've come across and whenever I get to new forums, I tend to use this as a basis of comparison and they are simply nowhere near!

When I first signed on to jcnet, I thought something was wrong with my computer. Then I realized this was a new version. Jay Chou and JCnet are still as hot as ever!
